I agree. I still would like to know why Mason is hanging around. He said Baez's job was done when the trial was over. Why wasn't his job done also?

Our old friend RH tweeted that the delay is obvious ... the judge will most like dismiss the case after motion for summary judgment arguments.

I just love the way he thinks. NOT

He's been wrong before. Still if I lived in FL and ever got in trouble, I'd hire him.

I'm guessing that Mason is still hanging around because he and his office flunkies were the ones who filed the appeal for her lying convictions. I guess it's good "on the job" training for the youngsters in his office... :dunno:

Why do we not hear anything about the IRS or State going after her for their money ? Are they waiting till she has money ? And how can she claim not to have income if she has a roof over her head and food to eat ? Oh yeah and money for a dog, a computer, and piersing ???

I wonder the same thing. Sometimes I think the IRS is the only ones who will make FCA "pay" for all the wrong she has gotten away with. I just wish they would do something, I wish someone would do something!!!

He filed the Appeal for the lying convictions?
He probably still wants to be a lawyer in a high profile case?
He likes to keep saying don't mess with OCA's Rights or I'll file a suit with the Federal level courts?
He wants another chance to turn to media crews and flip the bird IF they win the Appeal

Delayed until 2013? For what reason? Oh how insane, but at least CA's appeal should be over at that point and she'll be off probation too. I hope this doesn't mean Munyon is going to throw it out. Why would she delay it even more? I just don't get it. I'm really getting tired of things continually being stretched out for Casey. How ridiculous!

I can't even be mad anymore. I just throw up my hands, and oh well. This is just how it goes for Casey. Maybe this is a sign for me to focus on other things besides waiting for Casey to get what she deserves. *sigh*

I do not understand it at all. Why can she not be served through the attorney ?? I appreciate the idea behind keeping her address secret. But uh, I do not understand for one second what the judge is thinking allowing her to hide from a case?

Hopefully the time between now and Jan 2013 will give Morgan et al plenty of time to 'out' Casey's location then she can scurry along to another rathole to hide...:waitasec: then she can find out first hand what Zenaida had to deal with.

This was my thought too. I am not understanding none of this now. When I seen the tweets that the judge delayed it I was like, What? She can be served through her attorney(s).

I agree so much with you. I have been backing out of this mess because any time there is news about the CONVICTED FELON it's about putting her back up on that pedistool and I'm just sick of it. There will never be ANY ANY ANY justice for Caylee. That was over with when the jury let her walk. If she wont be held accountable for her childs death then what makes me think she will be held accountable for anything else? It's just not going to happen so I have to put a period behind it and go on knowing that Caylee is just a shell to everyone who holds CONVICTED FELON up as some God who is untouchable by man made laws that everyone else has to follow.

They, as her attorneys, ARE ALLOWED to accept service for her, but they REFUSE. It's a game.

One of the reasons for asking for a delay is when her Probation is over she can leave Florida..

Her Appeal Case is still Open and Active but OCA and her lawyers have, on March 9,2012, filed another Motion for Extension of Time

OCA's Attorney's CAN but Won't accept M&M's subpoena on behalf of OCA
and
The Judge can not force her Attorneys to accept the subpoena on her behalf.
