NG was powerless and without ammo, as were we and everyone else, without the Sunshine Law. If there is blame to go around, blame the Florida legislature.
Of course, that same law insured that KC was not, in fact, a victim of her government and her rights certainly were never infringed. Everything the state did was above the table. The same cannot be said for the defense-Todd Macaluso ring a bell? Blaming the murder on Jesse sound familiar? Thank goodness for the Sunshine Law on his behalf, because had the state not dumped his whole life out there for all to know he was not worthy of investigation, he may have been on the receiving end of death threats, or perhaps those t-shirts would have read "Jesse Did It," not "Zanny Did It."

Call me a conspiracies person it you want, but I feel this. The State of Florida just wants Casey gone. She is an embarrassment to them in all ways. A cost to the tax player that must end. And the simplest expedient is to give her a window of opportunity to run away. And have pending charges for her if she ever comes back. So mark me down for feeling the Judge will rule she will get some time before the depositions have to be done in the morning.
