ZG Hires Attorney - Lawsuit Against Casey Anthony

Would you say that once LE cleared ZG everyone believed her and that was the end of it?
The point I am trying to make is it doesn't matter if it wasn't her. People still think it was HER and that she is the one; and because of that, she has been harmed. You are speaking sensibly and it shouldn't harm her, but it is. Look how hard it has been to shut down conversation about her possible involvement here at the forum. People want to talk about the possibility. She is living the possibility.
Don't get me wrong, I still do not think she will prevail. I am only arguing the point that she certainly has enough in her corner to have a competent attorney argue this case. It has some merit imo, enough to win? don't know.

As far as your last comment, i cannot help you there Chilly. Do what you are confortable with.

It could be argued that the police should have not released this information then until after they cleared her, which I belive is actually how it happened, but people still did not care. This is what the jury will decide, if it makes it that far.

Still what can she offer as payment? She did not own a thing. Her clothing maybe? Thats about all she owned. I hope ZG winds but it will be an empty win if she does.

I watched her interview, and choose to believe her. My choice, right? Proof that KC was employed? We can go on like this forever. Please read my signature...these are my opinions. I figuratively hold Z in my left hand, KC in my right, and my own scales of justice teeter and totter back and forth. And my left hand prevails. In my personal opinion, Z is entitled to a legal remedy to what KC started. Z is not on trial, nor should she be, so I don't even care if she has a job. I hope she gets a big enough judgment that she never has to work again. Like I keep saying over and over, she's head and shoulders above KC at the start: she knows where her kids are; she's providing for them to the best of her ability; and KC threw a big hammer into those spokes.

MOVIE DEAL COULD MEAN MILLIONS FOR FAMILY

Eyewitness News uncovered new information about who's cashing in on the Casey Anthony case. Sources extremely close to the family told Eyewitness News that the Anthonys have signed a $2 million movie deal with the Lifetime Movie Network.

Casey Anthony's attorney Jose Baez made bounty hunter Leonard Padilla sign away any dibs on movie or book deals.

Padilla said Baez is counting on money from the entertainment industry because Casey has no money to pay him, but the Lifetime Movie Network said there is no deal and Baez's PR firm won't answer any questions.

The media didn't fabricate the details of the accusation-- KC did. The media didn't plug in identifyable details, a name and a specific location. KC did.

The media DID report the details of the accusation, like it does with all kidnappings. They also reported that KC said she didn't know the ZG in the photo.

So, the media is not at fault.

The media did not make anything up or falsely accuse anyone. KC did.

That she said she doesn't know the ZG in the photo makes no difference, for a lot of people. KC has changed her story several times, and has said she doesn't dare identify KC, because she fears for Caylee's safety.

There are people on THIS w/s, who still believe ZG has Caylee. Check out the threads! And, we are MUCH more knowledgeable than the average guy on the street. The guy on the street is the "reasonable man" standard. The public is NOT obligated to follow all the twists and turns of KC's stories.

KC pointed the finger, and we now have fhe fallout. The media did nothing wrong. KC did.

For the record, I think we should ALL write Lifetime and tell them if they air any movie that's been produced from any deal with the family that we will NEVER watch their network again. It wouldn't be a bad idea to contact their sponsors, either, IMO.

Look at the release that National Graphic had to put out after LP helped get Casey bonded out of jail. They backed away from him so fast that LP's head has to still be spinning (regardless of how some have come to feel about him since those days).

Yippy! Hey, Irish -- let's start a poll. Who do you think would pass? My money's on Z! (And I seem to never be able to get their videos to load, btw.) Of course, by no stretch of the imagination would KC agree. She won't even take a poly regarding her missing child. Which would you think is more important -- disproving Z's allegations, or telling the true about what happened to Caylee?

I feel compelled to share this with the thread. I tried an admittedly unscientific test on my hubby this morning. He's following this case as closely as WS is. I told him I was going to mention some names, and I wanted him to tell me how they are connected to this circus. It went like this, exactly like this. Please notice the way I presented the names.

Casey: Caylee's mom.
Tony: Which one?
Tony L: The boyfriend.
Cindy: Casey's mom
Z: The babysitter

Hmmmm. I didn't even put a G or an FG in the Z name, and that was his response. I can't help but wonder if this isn't the root of Z's problems. Kinda like Cher, or Madonna. Only a first name is necessary for identification. Add to that the Sawgrass, kids' names, etc., info that got thrown out there, and it comes as no surprise to me that Z is suing.

I think it's all a bunch of poo, another two people found a way to seek publicity and hype and attempt to make us believe they are legit in filing a lawsuit when really hoping for movie/book/appearances/free advertising or whatever to profit off of the death of Caylee. Maybe even more sickening than family members benefitting.

IIRC, ZG hired a lawyer BEFORE any news of a possible movie deal with Lifetime.

Rather she has a job or not, rather she is looking for a job or not and if she receives public assistance or not should have NO bearing on the fact that because of Casey, this woman's life and more importantly her children's lives have been threatened with bodily harm.

She and her children are an innocent victims. Why? Because Casey can't tell the truth on where her precious daughter is, nor, imo cares. Casey is a liar and the truth will prevail.........
