de la Rionda: You only saw the 2 lacerations...that's all she documented.

Ruled out any neurological trauma, he wasn't complaining of any of trauma other than the lacerations, but everything appear to be intact and she did not order any additional testing. She also told him of things to looks for but did not hear of more problems. She only recommended treatment for the nose but he said would not go, did not mention insurance problem.
His major concern was that he wanted to return to work.

Taking martial arts...objection..not brought up in cross...sidebar...

Bill S., significant part of this testimony was that GZ was taking MMM arts training 3 times a week before this incident.

Then he asks what kind of injuries would come from a gunshot wound to the heart? objected, sustained...

OM asks wasn't it arobetic exercise instead of MMM. She says that when she asked what type, the answer from GZ was MMM.

Witness dismissed and court adjourned for the weekend.
