Ah, since when do we attack (even by insinuation) the victim?

I'm looking at Robyn as a real person. She was a woman that was aspiring to be a model later in life, but unfortunately she found herself in swinger's scenes with two boyfriends she met online and three photo shoots (posted on modelmayhem - women waiting to be discovered) with an inexperienced photographer. She disappeared while in Aruba with one of the men she dated and met online. Her other boyfriends was lied to about the nature of the trip. During that trip, extremely questionable photos were taken - so questionable that prosecutors were in shock (but there was no evidence that she was in distress during the photos). If that's modeling, then she was a model. I think of modeling in a different way.

I sell travel insurance and know exactly why they buy it. I have had some pretty high-end clients who have never asked for 1.5 million in a death benefit payout. Anyway, they're his words...he was looking out for his kids. So how much personal life insurance does he have?

That's a good question - I too would like to know the answer.

Still trying to figure out if the current was so strong how did he keep his hairpiece perfectly in place???????

on JVM last night they kept playing the video of him going to the bar casually and knocking on the windows/doors right after Robyn went missing. His swim trunks looked completely dry to me, hairpiece still on in place and not wet.

In his interview he was annoyed and kept saying his trunks were wet and you just couldn't tell in the video. No one mentioned his hair piece. Good point LampChop!!!

How are hair pieces attached? Super glue, grommits ... what keeps things like that attached to skin?

Some are glued, some I have seen have surgical attachments to affix the piece to...there are all numbver of fashions to attach it.

Other womens complaints have nothing to do with this case.

He can be a liar, a pervert, a scam artist, a pornographer, and generally an unlikable jerk---That doesn't make him a murderer.

No, it just makes him a lying, thieving, scamming, unlikable freak. And imo, a freak who lies, cheats and scams and creates *advertiser censored* is more likely to be violent than someone who doesn't lie, cheat, scam and make their living making *advertiser censored*.

And others women's complaints DO have something to do with this case. The fact that he has a history of being aggressive, freaky and violent with others makes it more likely he would be the same way with Robyn.

There was a rumor after the arrest that GG had several hairpieces with him. If that's true, then sewn in would not make sense. It might not be true ... GG will have to tell us more about it. Also, the hairpiece was removed at the time of arrest ... IRRC. If it was glued, then there's probably a way to quickly unglue it. Would he take it off for showering if it was glued, and does water dissolve the glue?

Common sense also dictates that if she did not drown and drift into the ocean, she is on the Island. There have been extensive searches in areas within the time/travel radius of the beach, and she cannot be found. It's a small Island ... so if not the ocean, where did she go?

Maybe she was buried. Or maybe she was taken somewhere in a boat and dumped further out to sea, like some say Holloway was. But one thing we can probably agree on---she was not snorkeling in the area he says she was or she would have turned up already. imoo

Given his conscientiousness about insurance policies, if he was inclined to murder, wouldn't he stand to gain more by murdering a wife?

His ex was not in Aruba with him.

Oh my...that sound like something Cindy A said. "Just because my daughter lies does not make her a murder." I really think it is the other 999 questionable reasons that we are thinking about. lol

I think more women are killed by the type of person you just described then they are by honest, hardworking, respectful, responsible males. jmo

Perhaps, at the age of 35, she thought that she had a future career in modeling, but I seriously doubt the modeling industry was interested. Furthermore, we know from early reports that the photos that GG had of Robyn were not fit for circulation in the general public.

What is your point? Do you think she went to Aruba to be murdered and used the "modeling" job as a ruse?

Exactly!! A leopard doesn't lose it's spots and if he's been violent with other woman, why would he not be violent with Robyn. What about the couple who saw a White Rav by the Pet Cementary with a guy punching on a blond. Just another coincidence?? I'm sure it was GG and Robyn.... The only mystery to me is where did he put her body. I'm convinced he killed her.

Yes, soap and water will dissolve most wig glues.

Yes. Correct me if I am wrong...was ther not a woman who accused this man of rape? Rape is a violent crime...why would that not be important to review in another possible violent act against a woman?

It's not necessary to take a wife on vacation to benefit from her life insurance policy. If he wanted to trade a woman for money, he would have been better off cashing in on a half or million dollar policy on a spouse than trying to coerce an aspiring 35 year old model to take a trip with him, have her pose for questionable photos and murder her? Furthermore, if he was going to murder her, wouldn't he be smart enough to make sure there was nothing shady about the trip - like the photos?
