So I have never been a jealous type person, I have seen the craziness and chaos it causes. It eats away at a person. It consumes them. Perhaps this little bit of wisdom would have been useful to Jodi long ago but i doubt she would have heeded it.

I'm not really a jealous person either but I've had my moments. It's a horrible feeling and it takes you over and eats up your insides. It's a pointless, destructive emotion, IMO.

I don't have that jealousy bone in my body either. I have become enraged on one occasion and slapped a woman who was being cutesy with my ex husband, but as he ignored her, she started being cruel to him (and she was drunk, I wasn't and neither was he). I don't tolerate stupid very well!

Martinez chose to take a different exit Thursday afternoon and avoided the scene.

It's possible the person was waiting for a ride. Once they leave the courtroom they are free to go about their daily lives. They are not suppose to talk or view information about the case. A few days when I was on a jury I had to wait for my husband to pick me up and I waited for him at the courthouse. I was never told I had to immediately leave the property only not to discuss the case with anyone. jmo

Don't you just hate when a post goes missing?

AVL said she spent forty four hours with Jodi. Just that was eleven thousand dollars, then add how many hours she spent researching (did she pull out her old Cosmos and Redbook and watched talk shows and lifetime movies?), and then that three hundred dollars an hour to give her opinion of a cherry picked texts and emails is such an insult to Travis and his family.

You add the obscene amount the state has paid RS and ( and his downtime,wonder how much of that was billed?)the crap he spewed and their experts sure had made out like bandits. Then you add in JW and KN and JW's paralegal you have quite a parasite draining the host. I still have a hard time with states having to pay for the defense they have to fight against.

All I can get out of psycho babble is Jodi's mother now is claiming DV and FV, so she abused Jodi which made Jodi aggressive? and that's OK, but Travis who grew up (JW really hit my hate list that day) in horrid conditions and circumstances made him aggressive also but made him an abuser. And to learn that if you let someone get into your panties and they don't call you that it's abuse. Ladies all those bad choices are not your fault. It's theirs and they abused you!

I'm sorry I'm pissed at how much has been spent to make excuses for a whiny, vindictive, jealous, manipulative, trash talking, stalking murderer who is just a woman scorned seeking vengeance on a man that wanted someone else. AND then to hear that Katie (heard it was false? This is gorgeous KatieDD juror?) was on Jodi bad list was to much to hear today.

Jodi has pissed me off this week. What a waste of time and money on her.

Your post reminded me how I felt after testimony wrapped up yesterday. lol. I mean, she just so easily slipped into putting Travis to the role of abuser and Jodi as abused even though she described childhoods that were both bad.

I want her to be asked about Jodi hitting her mom for no reason and if that points to Jodi growing up to be an abuser instead of abused.

Yes. When I watch her sneaky, passive/aggressive facial expressions every day, I am continually surprised that the victim and murderer roles were not reversed!

IMO the media is taking this out of context. This one juror may be waiting for a ride, and this is just the most convenient place to wait. If he was questioned just an hour earlier about his sitting out there it is my guess that he was questioned and the courts saw nothing inappropriate about his sitting there possibly waiting for a ride. If there was any concern I am sure the judge would of told him that it is a no no and told him not to do it anymore. If he is doing what the courts say and not watching media he probably doesn't even know what he is doing is being talked about. To me the media is making this juror out to be doing wrong, and that is what infuriates me. The jurors have sacraficed alot for this trial, and to jump to conclusions about why he is sitting there without knowing the why is not fair to him.

I think she is acting like a *advertiser censored* star & I believe she knew that recording would find it's way into this trial. I believe it's part of her long-term plan to be famous if she is to get LWOP.

She will have a flock of followers just like KC and Scott Peterson. Even if she gets the DP - she will have a ton of guys who are enamored with her. They will put money on her books, they will propose marriage - all of that b.s.

HLN has turned this into an international media freakshow (just like with KC) and I believe she is loving every single minute of it. MOO
