Why do you say that the man is of a different physical build? Can that really be generalized? I live in both Toronto and the UK and could never imagine that either country has a 'typical' physique.
If it's a real estate listing it would also be showing the furniture and decor of the previous owners. It doesn't appeal to me but for some people it could be a dream home!
