Huge amount of respect for the Rentz family. Mrs R's attempt to comfort the Coopers was amazing. I do understand their stunned reaction... I'm sure they believe their son is innocent.
Hubby just came in, saw me on the computer and said "he's innocent".
Thinking maybe he'd heard a verdict but knowing there was no way he'd heard something before me... I said "No he's not" - meaning there's no verdict yet.
Hubby's response, "He is.... until proven guilty...."...
I was thinking the same thing. I saw Boz & Cummings for sure; NC's family, lots of ppl. Not sure about the defense side. Seems odd that the'd all be there unless somethings up.
I was thinking similarly... they've requested none of the computer forensic/router info. Maybe they've decided that it was all too questionable and they're going to ignore it altogether. I think that would hurt the defense more than the prosecution
Wasn't this defense evidence? pretty sure I remember that it was to show that the Coopers normally used Tide (as BC bought) and not All (as JA testified to).
I don't see a flag... is every/anyone still seeing a flag?
My first thought about the 2 hour lunch is that someone had something they needed to do.... sigh
GM testified that he purchased/recieved (2) 3825 routers in January 2008 both were logged in his inventory database by serial number. He found a chat from 1/22/08 between he and BC where BC tells him that he took one of the 3825s home and will return it when the 28xx router he ordered comes...
I'll concede that it was me that believed the document that Kurtz presented to GM that GM didn't recognized did not address the "H" (missing) router. I was mistaken.
However, the fact remains that GM says he ordered two routers and received them both on 1/8/2008. One of those two routers...
We/They don't know that. The only thing GM knows is that when he did an inventory LAST MONDAY the router wasn't there. He really has no idea where it was between when he and Brad chatted about it and last Monday because he didn't do a physical inventory.
I'm confused. She wanted her green card but she didn't want to come back to the states. She wouldn't need a green card if she didn't come back, would she?
I've always kinda assumed Nancy didn't want to work (before early 2008), that she enjoyed not working. No?
Does anyone have a theory as to WHY the prosecution elected NOT to present the testimony that would have put that router in BCs house on 7/11?? That would have been pretty damning.
