Do you have a picture or description of the other victims? I saw one on the news, and her face was blurred out, but she appeared to be an older white woman (maybe 30s-40s). And I dont see the resemblence between SL and his wife. That is just the demographic of this area.

I dont know how CODIS works, but if his print was already in the system at the time of the 2009 attacks, they should have gotten a match. And if his print was entered after the attacks, wouldn't they get a match then? What other types of evidence could be considered FORENSIC evidence?

Still though, if that was the case why didn't they have him long before SL went missing? It seems like something in THIS case has linked him to a previous case. His DNA and fingerprints were already on record. So something new during this investigation linked him. Of course, its...

Ya, I just cant get some of the questions out of my head. If he did do it, he appears to be either incredibly stupid or he wanted to be caught. The purse which had his DNA was found very close to SL's house and it appeared to have been "placed" where it was. Without that purse, LE would...

Are you sure about that? Because they already had his DNA in the system, so if that was the case, they would have already had him linked to the other case before SL went missing. The news report I saw claimed "They have EVIDENCE linking him to a previous case", but they didn't say DNA...

Is there really any chance he didn't do it? Something seems off to me about this, and Ive tried running every scenario through my head, but the evidence against him is pretty damning. And thats just the evidence we know of. 1)His DNA on items found in her bag. 2)Her DNA found in his car...

Just some thoughts, and I dont want this to come out as me coming down on LE, but...... They say they have DNA evidence linking him to one of the attacks from three years ago. They also said, he became the prime suspect when SL's clothes came back with his DNA on them. This means his...

Just throwing this out there, but Morgan Hill is a small town, and although there are probably other grocery stores there, Safeway is probably the largest one, and maybe the only ones that are open late. In a small town like this, it can make all of these things seem like too much of a...

I saw that too. I was thinking maybe she the link between ATG and SL. But she never mentioned anything about "find sierra" on her FB page during the past months, so Im thinking she didn't know her.

Doh, my whole post got deleted. Does anyone know if SL's shoes were ever found? That still stands out as very odd to me, and a possibility that she may still be alive, somewhere. (Or, if he took her out of the area, he made her walk for some distance).

Something seems strange to me. This guys car was indicated as possibly linked to the case over a week ago, and it was an obvious car. The car was also obtained by LE. Unless he was claiming his car was stolen, why would he continue to go to work? Maybe he figured there was no evidence...

Have you ever wateched 'Lie to Me'? Its on Netflix streaming. I know its probably glorified for Tv, but that would be one of the coolest jobs ever.

Agreed... ? maybe. Its possible someone came in, pulled a gun on her, and made her walk out of the house, or picked her up and carried her out. Why hasn' it ever been clarified whether or not there were any shoes missing from her home? I know it would be hard to determine what clothes...

OMG!! I never thought of this. But if she was supposed to meet that friend before school to talk about "homework" and her friend texted her, and then she didn't show up, why did SL's mom not know she was missing until 6pm??? Maybe this friend just wasn't very smart, but wouldn't she think...

Another thing maybe someone can clarify. For a minor in highschool, isn't an inhaler considered a prescription drug? So would it be likely that she would take it with her each day to school? Or would the school nurse's office just keep it for her in case she needed it? Either way, I think...
