I agree. I hope they/someone investigates his whereabouts and any deaths in those areas.

Wow! I really like Cesar and have used his techniques on my dogs. I hope this is not true.

From what I can tell around here (southern midwest) is no changes affecting us so far. The only thing is my daughter was interviewed at the mall and asked how she felt about it.

Looks very promising. Look at his eyes (the outer corners turn down) and the cheeks near the nose. The nose looks a little different (only slightly) to me but that could be just the slight angle each picture is taken. I hope he has a home soon, if not his original one...a good one.

This is so unfair for the noncriminals and law enforcement to have to deal with these individuals. New Orleans should document backup, backup, backup all files and I hope they learn a big lesson....but I fear Texas and other states who have taken in these criminals are going to be the ones that...
