I agree with everything you said but -- remember --- Scott Peterson ran around free for months, and in fact came close to making it over the border of Mexico -- and ended up being convicted strictly on circumstantial evidence.
So there is hope yet.
Yes I agree with you.
But it seems Casey is busy reading and sleeping a great deal in jail these days. Interesting story in today's Orlando Sentinel on that subject: "A Day in the Life of Jailed Mom Casey Anthony."
One of the more interesting tidbits: she has to eat boring turkey bologna...
Maybe that is why Casey is refusing to see her brother Lee now.
He has rescheduled another visit request for next week.... I wonder whether she will keep putting him off?

I have a question.
Let's assume the DNA results come back later this week, and they are positive for decomposed human remains. Let's also assume the DNA results show that the DNA in the trunk was definitely that of Caylee.
Do you think Casey would be charged with murder at that point...
There isn't anything on CNN's website either.
I guess that means Orlando PD didn't accept any cash offers for a news exclusive (insert sarcasm here)

I will go a little farther in my thinking (ala Larry Birkhead lawsuit with Debra Opri) Jose may have set up the People spread to get paid.
IMO

People mag does pay big bucks for...
I am a former journalist and I can vouch that there is no way in h3ll that People magazine paid the Anthonys for a story.
Tabloids such as Enquirer/Star etc. do pay for that type of story but not the mainstream pubs such as People.
I agree -- when I look at these photos I see what appears to be a mom who genuinely adores her baby girl. It is downright freaky to reconcile these photos with the Casey of today. Weird!! This is definitely one for the psychology textbooks!
I am thinking of doing the same thing.... this is my last real week of summer vacation before going back to get the classroom ready for the beginning of school. And my time is slipping away due to all the time I'm spending following this story!
But I can't tear myself away because it's...
Correct -- she did not graduate. I think she was a half credit short. Go figure. You would think that in the four years after high school ends, she could find time to make up the lousy half credit and get her diploma.
Cindy should have lit a fire under this girl's butt a long time ago --...
Guilty of playing a role in the disappearance and/or death of her daughter -- whether directly, or indirectly, or accidentally.... and then trying to cover it up.
Last night on TV they were showing that photo of Caylee at the nursing home with her great-grandpa (I think that's who it was?) on Father's Day.
So this was the last known photo of Caylee, right?
Is it just me or does Caylee look scared in that photo? Her eyes were so big and round.
I...
Holly also said very plainly last night on TV -- something to the effect that "Casey's lies are making me just as crazy as everyone else... but she is not a murderer."
Holly I think is being torn in two directions. I think in her heart she knows Casey is guilty but she is trying to "be there"...
I agree that both Casey and Cindy are a little "off."
But every time I see Cindy railing about how Casey will be vindicated any time now, and everyone is going to have some apologies to make... I want to hurl.
As a public school teacher, I see the results of what happens to kids when their...
I adore Mark Klaas. I always look forward to seeing him on Nancy Grace and hearing his perspective.
He was pretty blunt last night when Nancy Grace asked for his opinions on Casey and Cindy. He said Cindy was delusional and Casey was pure evil. Strong words but he has such credibility.
I...
What a coincidence you should ask.
This evening the local (Orlando) WFTV Channel 9 news team did a story on their own pizza experiment --- based on Cindy's claim that the smell in the trunk came from pizza that had been in there for 12 days.
So the WFTV reporters put a Domino's meatsa- pizza...

Very funny!
Also, FYI for those who were interested in finding out more perspective on the psychological examination.... tonight's Nancy Grace show is apparently going to be devoted to that subject.
TONIGHT...
ITA - she WOULD fall completely apart if she faced the possibility that Casey harmed or killed Caylee, whether directly or indirectly.
I think based on the early 911 calls that Cindy made, it sounds like she was starting to face the truth. The comments she made about the "dead body" smell...
