Found Deceased Canada - Chase Martens, 2, Austin, MB, 22 March 2016

I live in Winnipeg and have been following Chase's story. It is so bizarre that he disappeared in such an open area. Perhaps his Mom is underestimating or misremembering the amount of time from when she saw him till when she noticed he was gone. Hoping for a good outcome, but with the cold...

Found Deceased Canada - Cooper Nemeth, 17, Winnipeg, 14 Feb 2016 *Arrest*

No judgement here. I agree that he was probably self medicating. I believe some of the early stories mentioned he was dealing with depression as well. I feel for his parents, and especially his team mates. Those boys would have been extremely close. Sad situation. It's so easy to get pills...

Found Deceased Canada - Cooper Nemeth, 17, Winnipeg, 14 Feb 2016 *Arrest*

I don't know either. I don't have insurance so I pay out of pocket for prescriptions. I still have to show my health card every time. The other day I filled a prescription at a different pharmacy than usual, and I asked if I could take it with another med. they had access to my prescription...

Found Deceased Canada - Cooper Nemeth, 17, Winnipeg, 14 Feb 2016 *Arrest*

His Twitter was: @coopernem I'm guessing the perp killed him for a small amount of money & pills. I live in Winnipeg. It's nice that the community came together to find him, although IMO the obvious drug connection was omitted (it was vaguely alluded to) in order to get more people looking for...

    GUILTY FL - Lonzie Barton, 2, Jacksonville, 24 July 2015 - #9

The parents might be employed, but both the Ebron boys are in jail for 20+ years (and we don't even know what RE is going to get for the Baker Co charges) and the delusion is strong in the mother. I feel for the dad, but something ain't right.

Aww, Lonzie. :( I don't know if I believe RE's story. I certainly don't believe his newfound sincerity. I hope Baker County gives him a really long sentence. Not much else to say except: lookin good Lonna. Lol

Bosma Murder Trial 02.01.16 - Day 1, Opening Statements

I bet their downstairs tenant wishes he would have gone on the drive. Although, I guess then two people might have been murdered.

Sounds like they both will be able to cross, as the poster above mentioned.

Bosma Murder Trial 02.01.16 - Day 1, Opening Statements

It isn't insanity, it is 'not criminally responsible' (NCR) and yes, the defense lawyer(s) would have had to bring it up. I missed the judge's statements to the jury: was it mentioned at all? From what I can tell, DM isn't like textbook crazy, he's just a sick @#%&. I feel for Sharlene Bosma...

Thanks everyone for posting what has been happening these last few days. My computer kicked it and I hate posting on my phone. Had to pop in to pay my respects to little Lonzie. I'm glad they found Lonzie...we knew he was gone from this earth, sadly. I'm not surprised Hackney was at the...

    GUILTY FL - Lonzie Barton, 2, Jacksonville, 24 July 2015 - #8

Thanks for the updates. Calling in from jail to demand full custody of a kid. Being transported from jail to demand full custody of child. WHAT?! :snooty: To say nothing of the fact that their other child is missing/most likely dead, this really is the definition of ballsy and/or shameless...

GUILTY FL - Chance Walsh, 7 wks, North Port, 7 Oct 2015 #1

So we have a drag addict father with DV history, a drug addict mother who lost another child and expressed hostile feelings to this one. Yeah, I don't think poor Chance is alive any longer. So sad. I have empathy to a point. I know that after giving birth, I was not the same for several months...

Well, now that I know they are holding up, I can get on with my day. I was worried there. #sobrave lol It is just shoddy reporting. The motion for joinder - i.e. trying them together - is for the neglect charges. I am not a lawyer but the motion attached to the article basically lists legal...
