I also think Hope was the cousin that Teresa said was there and Ron said wasn't when neither of them was suppose to have been there. I don't think Ron would have been concerned if anyone thought Joe was there.

I'm not definite about the timing with the "Joe story" but I think it came after Misty told someone on a jailhouse tape, that if they want something, she'd give it to them -- she was desperate to get out of jail -- she never used the word turth, iirc.

As I understand it, going through certain programs can be applied to reducing a sentence. Wonder if the same thing applies in Florida. OT Don't think someone is worried about his hair falling out but turning grey.

I don't buy it when anyone claims to get religion. That could mean anything. It also sounds as if there is a "prisoner's manual" of how to get time removed.

I've not been to law school but I believe there is a legality that prevents LE from naming someone a suspect unless they are about to make an arrest. Has to do with the person's rights. Not sure where I heard it, but heard that is where the poi came in. Have no idea where the Misty is a key...
