    Deceased/Not Found Canada - Alvin, 66, & Kathy Liknes, 53, Nathan O'Brien, 5, Calgary, 30 June 2014 - #3

I didn't realize that it was the homicide unit leading the current investigation. That puts a sinking feeling into my stomach. May Nathan and his grandparents be safe.

trial day 38: the defense continues its case in chief #112

That doesn't seem fair at all. If the defense can slip the parts they want in through their testimony, can the prosecution ask to admit all emails? Out of fairness? After all, if Jodi is innocent, her email should substantiate that

I don't want to presume to know ALV's motives, and I'm not going to assume that money is her only motive, but I have to wonder how a woman who has a decorated career counselling victims of abuse is ignoring all the red flags here. Jodi's behaviours were clearly abusive. Also to claim that...

Jodi Arias; the sequence of events

After some thought, I think that Jodi: 1) Told him to sit in the shower, during the 'photo shoot' 2) Took the final photos, maybe taunting him about his new gf, and then pulled the gun on him 3) Shot him in the head, but he did not die. People have had nails and things lodged in their brains...

Jodi Arias; the sequence of events

I think she wrapped Travis in a sheet to drag him, I read someone else stating that somewhere but I believe that's what we see in that 'accidental' photo above. And I still wonder how any of the photos could be accidental.

I have a question, why is the diary regarded as a legitimate source? I mean, she had a lot of time in prison to fake entries.

If you could ask Arias one question what would it be?

Why does Travis look so terrified in that last picture you took of his face?

Armchair Psych discussion of Jodi Arias

I agree, my bro gets migraine headaches and when they hit he has to take medication and lay down, there's no alternative. Migraines are debilitating, and criminals aren't immune to health problems, so I think it's possible that she really does suffer from them. In a court of law, the...

Does your defense team pick out your clothes every day, or are you obsessed with Wilmott now? Does it bother you that 99% of people don't believe you, and that those who do mainly do only because they're being paid to do so? Or do you not care about that either?

The brutality of this case is so chilling, I hope the jury hasn't forgotten.

Too bad that she put those sheets in the wash, they could have easily ruled out rope on the bed if not, I think

It was part of Dr. Samuel's testimony, he didn't state what kind or if she's still on them, but said that the prison doctor prescribed her tranquilizers and antidepressants http://www.hlntv.com/article/2013/03/21/jury-v-arias-expert-round-1 I know his testimony was riddled with holes, but I...

Honestly I think that she believes that she doesn't deserve to be punished. She doesn't care that she hurt anyone, she feels he deserved it. JMO of course, but it just seems that way to me. No wonder they have her on strong medications (tranquilizers IIRC?), I think she would have snapped a bit...

Is it possible that Jodi used rope on Travis in some way - to restrain him or move his body? If she disposed of it, it must have had his blood or DNA on it?
