Probably not. It sickens me that serial killer and rapist Richard Ramirez had groupies. It's a betrayal of their gender and humankind

Maybe they are still in fear of him. Even though he is in gaol, they maybe think he can still arrange something.

I Got Flowers Today

I got flowers today.
It wasn't my birthday or any other special day.
We had our first argument last night,
And he said a lot of cruel things that really hurt me.
I know he is sorry and didn't mean the things he said.
Because he sent me flowers today.

Last night, he threw me into a wall and started to choke me.
It seemed like a nightmare.

It would seem that would be last November 2012 - but on her Beyond Beautiful Radio Interview she is stated as mentioning dating SG - that show was the June 14th 2012 - so that is over a year. I wondered if she had come back to Australia to start the relationship with SG between travelling.

Re The Radio Interview. I think we all assume RL was talking about SG as being the man in her life, but I am still not convinced that she was actually talking about 'him'. She doesn't mention him by name. Also, she makes reference to her boyfriend being in IT and that he is her brother's best friend. Sleuthers were discussing who she was referring to BEFORE we all found out what SG did for a living. There is nothing (so far) to indicate IT was one of SG's jobs, so I really don't think he was RL's boyfriend at the time of that radio interview.
The radio interview is dated 27 June 2012.
 
I'm thinking that Gittany would have needed some help in setting up his multiple 'business' websites, enabling the websites with online shopping and payment abilities, etc etc - and that may be where the IT connection comes in .. and why RL said he was in IT (in an indirect way)?

It takes some pretty good IT knowledge to do all that stuff - isn't something the typical joe can just easily do - especially a thuggish joe IMO
 
The radio show was in June 2012, and she had been travelling for 2+ years (?) - IMO this means she wasn't in the country when SG was arrested and couldn't have been involved with him at that time. This also makes me ask when was she in a car with SG when Lisa allegedly tried to jump out? Was she a 19/20 year old going out with 35yo+ men?

In this interview she stated that she 'sleeps' on friends couches and doesn't spend much on her travels, people buy her things and pay her way because being attractive has it's advantages - a bit of a user/freeloader IMO.
 
If his businesses were on line, where did he go every day. Did he have an office or a warehouse to store all his killer heel shoes, his supplement business and whatever else he said he was selling. But then all his businesses were registered at his parents' house. I think he was having his cake and eating it too.

Surprised there have been no pics of Rachelle visiting at the gaol.

There are MSM news pics available on the internet which show shoes being delivered by FedEx to his family home. If you Google the SKU # on the label of the packages (there is one pic six rows down that is quite clear) you can see the SKU# is for 8 inch ladies shoes in Black. These pics are as recent as 28th November.

As Gittany had to give up his passport when he was bailed, who did the liaising with the US suppliers that he buys shoes from? Did he do all that liaising online, or did an attractive representative who was in the US at the time do that liaising for him? One whose brother may have helped set up (and maintain) the shopping websites? One whose own legs may be in some of the website 'shoe' ads? One who wears funky high heels herself?

I wonder .... did this 'relationship' stem from a business arrangement?

Yes - I have been thinking the same thing. In June 2012, RL is interviewed in L.A and has been overseas for about 2 years. She states she is about to return to Australia soon after. If you listen to the interview and assume someone else was her boyfriend (not SG), then that makes perfect sense also. It sounds to me that she hooked up with SG sometime on her return. There's no reason NOT to believe that they have been in a relationship for about a year ((ie. for about the last 12 months eg. Nov 2012 - Nov 2013) or thereabouts.
#466 of the Judgment states info about an incident in early 2010 when SG, RL, LH and GK were travelling in a taxi together. GK and LH were arguing. Says SG was in the frontseat (of the taxi) and LH and GK were in the backseat - it doesn't mention where RL sat - let's assume she also sat in the back. LH opened the door and jumped out as car still in motion.

Also, SG had said he initially met LH through his friend GK and SG described LH as having been GK's "mistress".

Makes me wonder if GK became RL's boyfriend, perhaps at the time that SG became LH's boyfriend (early 2010) ? In any case, I am still not convinced that the boyfriend mentioned in RL's radio interview is SG. I don't think she is talking about him.

Im not sure if RL saying 'Im going out with a shoe salesman' sounds very Beyond Beautiful :D - he was doing online sales, and its not hard to set up a website with a pay cart - though if he had money then he could have got someone to set it up. If he could set up that monitoring system - maybe he was apt to some IT workings.

Yeah - I hear what you're saying, but, she could have also described him as a High End Shoe Designer, an Entreprenuer, the designer of my killer heels I'm wearing today, a Web Designer and so on.......but she didn't. She just mentions he's in IT. That's sounds pretty specific to me. Anyway, FIND OUT will ya and let me know (lol) :websleuther:
 
my god.. that photo of Gittany with Lisa thrown over his shoulder.. it has gobsmacked me..she was familiar with the process.. thrown over his shoulder and probably paraded around a bit in the room.. she would have never in her wildest terror thought he would march straight out to the balcony and hurl her head first from 15 floors up.. while he gave the shrill deranged scream of triumph Joshua Rathmell heard quite clearly, over the noise of Saturday morning traffic.

30 years.. no parole. .. life , even. Never to be released. He'll probably be sent to Goulburn, a high security facility with a plethora of like minded blokes, wearing the ultimate failure badge, the alpha and omega of failure to control women written large across their prison clobber. We know they failed, ultimately, even death didn't succeed. They drag their lives day in and torturous day out, year after year, with men who failed as comprehensively as Gittany did.

Some of the reasons why people accused of murder are refused on bail is so they will not interfere with witnesses, tamper with evidence or get other people to do the previous two things. 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

B) Does SG have any links to organised crime?

It was interesting that key witness Josh Rathmell was escorted by three police during the case. How often does that happen? Did the police think SG or his family would try to have Rathmell whacked?

The Hard Drive was removed sometime after SG's arrest - He was in custody from 4th Aug 2011. His brother removed the Hard Drive sometime after his arrest when access could be gained to the apartment, but before the 2nd police search warrant. Although dates are not specified, you could probably guess that sometime after 4 Aug 2011 + add time for forensics etc - a couple of weeks max (?) then the apartment would have been available for SG's family to attend and remove his belongings, including the hard drive. IMO.
