Yes. I doubt he had to appear since his hearing was "disposed" and noted for information arraignment on 5/17.

Case is on rinse and repeat, again. :(

I noticed the word "Disposed" on both of their case info. And had to look up that word - I thought I knew what it meant - but wanted to be sure.


What Does Disposed Mean In A Court Case?

When a case has been disposed, this means it has been closed. Specific reasons for a case being closed can include dismissal, conviction, admission of guilt ...


Saying that a case has been “disposed” means that it has been closed. A case can be disposed for many reasons. In some cases, the case can never be reopened. In other cases, the case can be reopened under certain circumstances, such as the discovery of new evidence.

And the court site keeps saying "Information Arraignment" on what the Action Text is. But if it has been disposed, why do they keep putting back "Active" in the Disposition column?? Looks like they just keep continuing this hearing forever....

I can't believe it's already been yet another year since Gary's murder charges were dropped (9/16/22), and recharged with felony accessory after the fact!

I'm shattered for Aranda's family still waiting for justice since January 2019.... :(

It was a Settlement hearing for the drugs. Maybe they came to a conclusion on that one. But no... just looked at the jail site - that I CAN access - and it has this:
