Can you imagine being a juror on this case? I am all about having professional jurists but aside from that soap box issue, I wonder how many people can be expected to be able to serve like this? Who can take this much time off from work, from life, from retirement, whatever, indefinitely? and then be subject to this odd and pretty unprofessionally nuanced trial? Crazy.

Glanville said he has some concerns about the 120 days estimate for the state to complete presenting their case, which would take around six months, which would bring the state's case to a year total. Love said they intended to be done presenting their case by June.

Love had conversations with the witness ahead of her testimony, including one at a courthouse bench. The witness said it was only her and Love there but Uhelski said he believes there was a third-party present from DA office, as "a matter of protocol for these conversation"

BREAKING: Judge Glanville will not disqualify prosecutor Adriane Love in the #YoungThug #YSL RICO case. Defendant Williams had filed a motion to disqualify stating Love had made herself an unsworn witness in this case when it came to conversations with witness miss Bennett.

Glanville told attorneys to be mindful of witness interviews and have third-parties present.

Attorney Bruce Harvey asked for an order to be issued to be allowed into the courthouse before 8:30 a.m. Court will be back in session on Monday at 8:45 a.m. for attorneys and 9 a.m. for the jury.

Miss Bennett returns to the stand this morning in #YSL #YoungThug RICO trial. The jury had last week off. Attorneys argued several motions last week. One motion was to remove prosecutor Love from the case. 's attorney said Love had made herself an unsworn witness in the case by having one-on-one conversations with Bennett. Love said she never had one-on-one conversations except for friendly texts. I expect the defense to dive more into that with cross-exam of Bennett.
