I just cannot take much more of these stories. :(

Was there any more news on the 5pm news? :(

Was there any more news on the 5pm news? :(

I had to pick up on of my kids and walked in to hear the FBI is raiding a house. The news did not know what they were looking for but they did say it concerned the Amber Alert of Tangena.

I also heard the girls father lives in New York and has offered a $5000.00 reward for her.

This just does not sound good. :(

Edited to add they just said it is the mothers house they are raiding and when they return they are going to tell us what part of the house they are focusing on.

Edited again. They are focusing on the top floor bedroom and the garage (around the garage door). They are taking lots of pictures. They did spend alot of the day at the Detroit incinerator. I will add a link when I can find one.

Hamtramck teen: Man who molested me is last person to see missing toddler

A 15-year-old Hamtramck girl says that the last person to see missing 2-year-old Tangena Hussain is the man who kidnapped the teen for six days in February and molested her, according to police.

Jamrul Hussain, the boyfriend of Tangena's mother and who is not related to the child, is expected to be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at 31st District Court in Hamtramck. Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy on Monday afternoon said he faces up to life in prison on a kidnapping charge and two counts of criminal sexual conduct. Police arrested him over the weekend at the house he shares with Nilufa Begum, 24, and her daughter.

The 15-year-old, fearful that she and her family would be killed, originally claimed to police that she ran away, Hamtramck Police detective Jackie Crachiola said. But the girl changed her story when an Amber Alert was issued for Tangena, and Jamrul Hussain appeared on television.

“While she’s sitting at home the other night, she sees him on TV, and she told her father, ‘Oh, that’s the guy that took me!’ ” Crachiola said. “She’s worried about the 2-year-old.”

Checking out the Detroit incenerator doesn't sound good. I'm not familiar with that facility. Is that somewhere anyone can take their junk/garbage to be destroyed? Maybe someone remembered him dropping something off? Or did he work there?

It appears the incenerator is in lieu of a dump. I guess LE feels the poor baby ended up in a dumpster.

Who's basement did this jerk hold the 15 yr old in for 6 days? And what lady took her to LE to make sure she stated she was a runaway? His mother lives in the same town doesn't she? I hope whoever this woman is, she's charged.

Begum defended Hussain, saying that he and the 15-year-old girl had a relationship.
"It wasn't a kidnapping," Begum said.
"Hussain was a boyfriend of the girl; he didn't have anything to do with the girl being kidnapped. They were together for a week and then she said she wanted to go back home and he took her home. That relationship has been over for eight months now and for the past five months he's been with me. When she saw that my daughter was missing, she became jealous and called the police."
Begum said Hussain couldn't have had anything to do with the disappearance of Tangena.
Hussain "took care of her and was with her all the time," Begum said.

The mother of a missing 2-year-old girl said she asked police to give her a polygraph test because she wants detectives and the public to know she is not responsible for her child's disappearance.
"Police were asking if I had anything to do with my daughter being missing, so I begged for them to give me a lie-detector test," said Nilufa Begum, mother of Tangena Hussain. "This will show everyone I had nothing to do with it." She said the FBI called her and she is scheduled to undergo the exam today.

Just heard on morning news that boyfriend FAILED lie detector test. I checked the new site this morning and there is not a story about it but it was on www.wdiv.com maybe they will have a story soon.

This poor little baby. I cannot believe the mother is defending him. Did this little girl have a chance. :furious:

Edited to add I found this on another news site about him failing the test.

Well mommy puts alot of stock in poly's. She's asking for one to clear her. So my question is, did she know her BF failed his and then still defended him?

1. The BF has been arrested for kidnap & rape of the 15 year old...
2. The BF FAILED the lie detector test regarding the baby...
3. So far, the BF has NOT been charged in connection with the missing baby...

HAMTRAMCK, Mich. — A Hamtramck man has been charged with kidnapping and raping a 15-year-old girl as police continue searching for a 2-year-old girl last seen with him.

Police in the Detroit enclave Saturday arrested 27-year-old Jamrul Hussain at the house he shares with 24-year-old Nilufa Begum. The FBI and police searched the house Monday.

Begum is the mother of Tangena Hussain, who disappeared Thursday.

The suspect is unrelated to the toddler and hasn't been charged in her disappearance.

---- not to mention, they have not found the baby yet...

How sickening.

Thanks,
Soulscape

It doesn't look good for little Tangena. Her stepdad has been charged with kidnapping and rape of a 15 year old and little Tangena was last seen with him last Thursday.

Well, this seems like an open and shut case. Boyfriend murdered Tangena. I have no doubt about it. Did her mother know that this guy had been convicted of rape and kidnapping? If she did and she allowed her daughter to be alone with him then she deserves to go to prison too as far as I'm concerned.

Go Mama!
She is doing the right thing. When she sees that the test is able to show she is telling the truth about not being involved, surely she will have the confidence to see that her BF's test must be accurate in showing him to be lying. If she happens to fudge the truth on anything (in an effort lend credibility to his story), it will show that too.

What a shame she ever trusted her precious baby to that freak in the first place.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has officially handed over the search of a missing two-year-old girl to the Hamtramck Police Department after determining that the child -- Tangena Hussain -- went missing in that city, Hamtramck police said Tuesday.

Hamtramck police have also issued a warrant for a man and his wife who reportedly are the owners of the home on Lumpkin Street, charging them with being accessories to the kidnapping/assault.

Police were expected to arrest Jamrul Hussain’s former co-worker at a Ferndale sub-shop, Hena Begum, on kidnapping and unlawful imprisonment charges, and her husband, Mamunur Rahman Khan on unlawful imprisonment charges. The 15-year-old girl claims the couple helped keep her in their basement on Lumpkin Street, threatening to kill her and her parents if she didn’t claim she ran away.
