OH OH - Toledo, WhtFem 16-21, 335UFOH, burned, 5 pearl studs per ear, Jun'87

She does look amazingly similar to Kim Moreau. But if you look very closely at their teeth, you can see some differences:

Their upper-left-canines (#11) have different position and shape.

I am 100% sure that it is not her.

From what I have read on other sites they have a pretty good idea that she was killed the same day she disappeared. They already have suspects and possible motive.

I won't share the possible motive on this site as it is mostly based upon rumor.

Given a few cases we have seen in the past month or so, ruling out Kim on dentals may be hasty (Peggy Sue Houser comes to mind immediately). Both Kim & the UID have DNA available. Kim had a lot of piercings as well.

At the very least, she'd be rule out #35 for the UID.

I see what you mean about the tooth being pointed. From the way the curve that forms the point looks it is almost as if the tooth has been rotated and we are getting a side on view of the incisor... of course this couldn't be the case unless it happened some time after whoever did the dental description described her as having a perfectly aligned set of front teeth. It would have to be an artefact of the reconstruction process, very unlikely but not impossible.

How 'bout this one! - Just added today to Charley Project

Missing two weeks before Jane Doe was found.

She is a little older than the age estimate, and she has no listed height.

But the teeth look very similar, and the facial shape is spot-on.

I spoke on the telephone this morning with Sgt. Lary Lilly of the Raleigh County WV Sheriff's Office, and James Patrick of the Lucas County OH Coroner.

Sgt. Lilly was quite interested in the info and said that he would look into it. He says that he as looked into quite a few UID cases, but doesn't specifically recall this one.

During my discussion with James Patrick he made a comment that he recalls that they had a "putative match" on this Jane Doe, but the girl's family was uncooperative and they couldn't verify whether or not the girl was a match to this Jane Doe. He didn't recall the specifics, but said that if he could find the details, he would let me know.

Wonder if Tammy's family would remember if she had her ears pierced 5 times in each ear? The UID was found to be wearing 5 pearl studs in each ear. (just another way maybe if they have a problem getting dentals) maybe a quick rule out?

Tavia Bailey is in CODIS, as is the UID. So with Tavia, you have a rule-out by default.

Kimberly Moreau's NamUs DNA page says "Sample Submitted Tests Complete", which usually (but not always) means it's in CODIS. But as I illustrated on page 2, her teeth look different from what is depicted in the facial reconstruction.

Madeline Ponds also indicates "Sample Submitted Tests Complete"

I know the circumstances would seem to suggest that this is not Diana but something about her eyebrow ridge and bridge of her nose seem consistant with Diana's. Also she fits all the physical stats.

http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/b/braungardt_diana.html

The stats are spot on and her disappearance is only a short time before the body was found. The circumstances are not prohibitive -- if she met a boyfriend her family didn't know about, for instance, she might have wound up in a drug scene in another city a few months later.

I was working on Becky Minish's post; ended up here.
Someone should follow up to get the gals on the other page added to the exclusions.

I think Pamela Tinsley bears a striking resemblance to this set of unidentified remains.
They have similar features - only one inch off of the height and the weight is a few pounds off
Her lifestyle and the circumstances surrounding her disappearance could mesh with the toxicology of this Jane doe as well. Most likely she has been auto ruled out by DNA, but I wanted to add something to this thread as it's been over a year since anyone posted.

Updated ruleouts list: 49 names now although a couple are duplicates. Tinsley is not on it and she looks like a good possibility to me.

I believe the killer was familiar with the area. He/she had to feel comfortable enough there to not only pull a body out of a vehicle but also set it on fire. Perhaps they worked at the auto place at some point, or perhaps they lived in the neighborhood or were there often for some reason.
