Hey, is it just me or does she look pale at her scalp, and darker on her face. almost like artificial tanner (or i suppose just living in the south). Makes me think she is white.

Here is another possibility.

Has she given a birth previously?

She looks at least 30 years old to me...

My son was 24 in 2009. He's now 35...I think he still looks younger than her....My daughter is 31 and looks younger than her.

She's definitely looks Latina or Native American

Just because they say "White"..take it with a grain of salt. Latinos are often considered to be white racially.

I know, I know..not the best descriptive.......But back in Jim Crow days, it helped to be ID'd as white

Hubby is Latino with 52% Native American DNA...When he fills out race, he puts down, "white". It's a habit for him and he ain't changing....

Seems to me that she is of undetermined ethnicity. I don't think we can pinpoint Hispanic, native, or white based on this picture. She looks like a typical person from my family, see my profile pic. We're Italian/Irish mix, Italians tend to be a slightly darker complexion if from southern Italy, like my family that came from Sicily. I have been assumed to be native, but I'm not. I've had people come up to me speaking Spanish because they think I look latino enough that I would probably speak Spanish.

We're pretty much all black or chestnut-haired, dark brown eyes and skin from typical white folk to olive.

So, she could be Latina, Italian, Native, or just a darker complexion caucasian mix.

As far as the jacket from the school. I'm going to suggest the idea that it could be that she was homeless and picked up the jacket from a shelter or charitable organization. Like others have stated I think had she really grown up in that area someone would probably have reported her missing and police probably would have gotten a picture to compare her too. So, my speculation is that she's a transient and picked up the jacket locally. The tattoo is very common, they probably do that tattoo at every tattoo parlor a hundred of times a year. It does look recent, but how recent is hard to tell.

If she was of Mexican heritage, it's possible she could be an illegal immigrant which would explain no missing person report locally that matches her. Would also explain how she could have obtained the jacket from a local charity or shelter. I'm sure they must have checked local shelters, but I think those places have so many people coming and going you can go unnoticed.
