Erika ran away with a 23 year old man when she was 14, in 2007. Erika is under the age estimate at 16-17 years of age but it could be her. Their faces look so similar as well as the way both of their ears stick out at the tops. Plus, Erika is not listed on the rule-outs!

Do you suppose this is her? I know this woman is African American and the UID is listed as white, but she is light skinned and has similar facial structure and features.

I checked facebook this morning and she has postings from 2013, and 2012, so she would be ruled out.

Namus lists the earring as a yellow metal hoop earring with cherub under Clothing and Accessories, but under Images, there is a photo of the earring and there are close-ups that can be attained, and from that, I can see 925 JCM.
925 is sterling, so this would be Vermeil, which is sterling silver that is gold plated.

I also saw a listing on e-bay that ended on Feb.18, 2013, of which looks like the same style of earring, that the winning bid was $10.45, so this earring was not uncommon. The seller did not list a particular year that these earrings were made, but did list it as gorgeous gold sterling silver 925 angel cherub hoop earrings, and also listed the company as JCM. Maybe originally sold in department stores?

JoJo Boswell, native american, missing since 07/11/2005 at age 19 putting her just outside the range given by LE at the time unidentified woman was found.
The freckles, jawline, cheekbones, and scar on the right side of her face make me think Boswell may be the unidentified.

If the unidentified had extensive dental work it appears from the picture in the flyer Boswell had teeth that were in good condition.

Boswell went missing after being released from jail and did not return. Could it be possible she did not want to return to MN due to the charges against her? I couldn't anything about what she was arrested for in 2005.

Now 106 persons are ruled out. Who is this woman? Seems to me that either she was estranged from her family already before she had the accident, a missing, missing woman, or she was very young when she disappeared and almost not recognizable anymore, growing to an adult woman. The tattoo looks, although healed, very fresh....yellow and red fade away in time. Looking at the wonderful recons of CarlK (although I think she was more beautiful in real life) it looks like she has a very slight gap between her front teeth. I'm not sure about what kind of race or ethnicity in missing woman to look for....puzzled about that...I do not think her jacket will lead us anywhere (just a feeling) Maybe she is from another country, just wanting to fit in and buying It second hand. All kind of thoughts....she reminds me of "Andrea Jane Doe", who had also an accident, killing her, and until this day was not identified. She looks to "groomed" to me to be a "working girl" or a drug abuser....I don't know...In The Netherlands there are many mixes but there are not a lot of people who do the gold "thing" in their mouth. It's quit common for people from the Antilles and Suriname (old school) but it is solid and just a little bit different then a lot of Mexican people have. Also the European "gypsy's" have a lot of gold in there teeth..... just rambling....I'm from 1963 and gold in your teeth was absolutely not done within my (very white, Dutch) family.

She does have some pretty high cheek bones.
The tattoo looks brand new as most of you are saying. When you get a tattoo the area is shaved first no matter where the tattoo is. (Arm, leg, butt ect) If you are good at determining how fast hair grows on the body maybe you can age that stubble growth.

Against all odds...she went missing in 1999, would be ca. 23 in 2009, 66 feet against 64 UID, Tribal information: Some agencies describe Samantha as "White" and some say she is of "America Indian descent." No specific tribal information has been provided.
Her left ear lobe is larger than her right and she has a mole on her back.

Pierced ears and tattoo could be done after missing.

But...both have DNA available....both in Codis? I never feel 100% sure about the automatically rule out "thing"
