Next hearing is scheduled for 12/14/21 at 1pm. Judge hopes it won't take a ton of time. The scheduled time gives them 4 hours. This is to continue this motions hearing about discovery violations. My goodness! What an excellent summary you have put together! Very helpful in following up-to-the-minute foot tracks, tire tracks, cell tracks, trash tracks, bike tracks, helmet tracks, property tracks, tool tracks, scratch tracks, dart tracks, and inheritance tracks. Appears to me all these tracks lead right back to only one possible perpetrator’s tracks.
It’s sad to me that two months after she vanished he threw Suzanne’s sunglasses in with the truck sale. Wonder how many mementos he kept?

I think it will, as it goes to proof of motive. SM was leaving him, and that document is evidence of the fact in her own words. BM tried to conceal knowledge of all this from investigators. It's a key aspect of the trial IMO.
Totally agree. It is also why his lawyers keep trying to look for the slightest infraction made by the prosecution.

Do you recall what time the State say his phone started moving west according to the location data? I think I read this in your timeline yesterday but now can't remember where it is. I think the combo of the location data and the telematics is the key to where he spent the time - but like you say - what was he doing?
There is a piece in the AA where BM talks about getting his truck "situated" and "crap blowing off" his truck - did he park somewhere up that way?

The real estate OP describes as 26040 Cal Carson Rd, Arcadia, IN -- AKA the Morphew IN residence, was not purchased in 2003 as an existing "private, gated home on 10 acres."
The Morphews purchased the property to build the gated estate in December 1999, (and the August 2003 acquisition was for tract 2 that was used for tree farming).
Prior to breaking ground for the stately home, BM's first order of business was to apply for a land-use variance with Cicero Board of Zoning Appeals on June 1, approved on about June 22, 2000, providing for the construction of a pole barn, constructed pursuant to the variance, which provided for storing material and equipment used in the construction of the residence that became the stately property depicted below.
Morphews sold this home in 2019 on an installment contract that was satisfied in June 2020 -- less than a month after SM went missing. (Aso, tract 2, acquired in August 2003, was sold March 2019 to Becks Superior Hybirds, Inc).

had he actually worked at the job site for more than 11 minutes...and, spent less than the 5 hours in the hotel room...and, as an added bonus of believability, brought his bobcat along to Broomfield...then, the plan would have been "more decent"....imo.
