I think the judge is going to come down hard. He is noting a lot of her irregularities the jury “could have drawn”.

This is excellent. Laying out "reasonable and logical inferences" that jurors might draw from the proven evidence, one such inference after another. All adding up to elimination of any reasonable doubt.
