20 years, of which she'll serve 14 5. Followed by 5 years probation. What? 20 less 14 years suspended or 6 years, plus probation?
Yes that is what I heard. Will listen again.Did I misunderstand? I thought it was 20, minimum 14-1/2 to be served.
So true.
No remorse.
No responsibility.
Its all good because I simply made a mistake and there is nothing to see here.
Her statement imo is simply the final nail (following the 64+ other nails provided by the other folks we had to suffer listening too for hours) in her figurative coffin.
She is done.
Adios chica! Buena Suerte!

A little? I’m am just sick. How much more heinous could that crime get?I'm a little disappointed.
Why did I hear 14 suspended? My heart hurts...MT effectively just got sentenced to 14.5 years if I understand correctly.
If so, this is a travesty for the victims.
That soon?Yes that is what I heard. Will listen again.
I do wonder if Judges experience guilt or regret for their decisions?

Nope, that is it.Color me confused.... and perhaps disappointed. Is it possibly at least 14-1/2 served.... or am I misreading and mishearing that? MOO
Absolutely. Why did I hear 14 suspended? My heart hurts...
Just relistened -- 20 years, suspended after 14.5 years....Why did I hear 14 suspended? My heart hurts...
Frankly I think he said it all so quickly as he knew it was wrong. The rest of his discussion prior to the sentence was justifying reasons, such as they are, for his decision. That soon?
Yes and because its concurrent the rest of the charges effectively had no impact which is what I think the travesty is here as the hindering in particular had a huge impact on so many aspects of the investigation.Just relistened -- 20 years, suspended after 14.5 years....
Frankly after hearing this I seriously doubt we will ever see a trial for KM. Waste of State time if this is how things are going to be sentenced. I see KM just doing a 'happy dance' hearing this sentence.I think Kent will risk going to trial now with this sentence.
