I thought Barth argued it at sidebar yesterday and won. The judge said he would allow the transcript so the jury could follow along with the video, but that he would instruct the jury not to read any other parts of the transcript. ?.? Since then nothing!

What about the video Barth wanted to show of Kat reading and correcting some statements? It was supposed to be accompanied by a transcript for the jury. Did I miss that?

I think the reason she looks better and is even interacting with counsel is not so much because of the mess but because she is taking mess without alcohol !

I have not served, but if a restroom is there the remaining jurors would have to refrain from discussing the case while that juror uses the restroom correct..? This particular state meets with jurors every time they need a break and the judge cautions them about discussing the case...

Things must be getting heated in the jury room

The juror who worries me is the one who watches Murder She Wrote . I fear she fancies herself to be Jessica Fletcher and intends to "solve" this case ! Otherwise what is the HOLD UP ?

My fear is what if there is a juror who believes it to be loud and therefore grant did not use it in the apartment and our dear Amanda was actually unaware of what he did! Please tell me that such a juror doesn't exist!!!!!
