There's no guarantee he was the commenter's brother. I did remove the email for their privacy, as the public's reaction over Marcia King's identification was quite bad. I do have to point out, I submitted this to the NamUs case manager two years and there was no resolution. I also emailed the...
The medical examiner just released they did isotope testing on her. Turns out she was likely from the "far north" of the United States or possibly Canada.

With both people having their DNA "available" it's probably a CODIS exclusion anyway. I just wish law enforcement would post whether she's been excluded or not.
She's from South Florida, most likely. And the video also shows a skull photo, in case you can possibly work your magic, Carl.
JULIE DOE: Science provides new lead in 30-year-old Florida cold case
First of all, I'm going to say that I'm awful at this, but I tried doing my own sketch of the girl by using one of the renderings (that kind of makes her look about 25 years older). It also showed her with her hair down, so I figured I'd depict a ponytail, since that was how she was found. And...
I found it peculiar that they said they were still trying to find out who killed her when other sources state she was a victim of "Crazy Joe" Spaziano.
They both have their DNA in CODIS so they are probably not the same person. I think she's been suggested as WCJD before but nothing's been ruled out by law enforcement, according to NamUs.
I'm in the process of trying to get her case changed on the Doe Network so she's not described as an "unidentified male." I feel like I made a few good points with my argument but I'm going to need to convince a lot of older minds. Any help would be appreciated.
So excited that they found her skull! This case is one that bothered me for so long. There were only three teeth left in maxilla and that was all the investigators had to go on for the longest time. Hoping the DNA extraction is successful.
NCMEC had her listed but dropped the case. Some of the original links given are dead. Might have been identified, but nothing in the news confirms this.
