I got in contact with the West Memphis P.D.

I just finished reading http://www.amazon.com/Murder-Room-Sherlock-Holmes-Perplexing/dp/1592406351/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1415394236&sr=1-1&keywords=the+murder+room and had an idea, but I made a mistake. I spoke with a detective about getting this group, The Vidocq Society (TVS), on...

Identified! PA - Philadelphia, 'Boy in the Box', WhtMale 4-6, 4UMPA, Feb'57

I am reading Boy in the Box: The Unsolved Case of America's Unknown Child. In it, it is mentioned the Vidocq Society took up the case in 1998. I have not finished the book yet, but I have to imagine they have moved on. If I learn otherwise, I shall mention it. Incidentally, Vidocq has to be...

    Random things about this case...

My random thoughts: 1. Why was Frank Peretti on this case? He was not board certified and was an assistant! What manner of circumstances would be necessary to get the ME involved? I mean, really. 2. Why did the WMPD decline the offered help from the state police? I am under the impression the...

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

In case you were wondering, the monster has a website: http://www.terryhobbs.com/ At the bottom, it is mentioned his daughter has been clean and sober for a year, grats to her, but holy smokes, is there anyone in that community who doesn't have or didn't have a substance abuse problem?

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

How do we know that guy is ed edwards? It is a bit strange that the camera goes off the Byers and films Mr. Joe Citizen for several seconds. He strikes me as too feeble to be the perp in WM, but who knows. ed edwards died in 2011.

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

WOW, I bet you are correct in that it was never tested. What if they did not test it? They could compare it to the hair found in the ligature!

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

I watched Devil's Knot last night. I also read this entire thread. In the movie, a cop asks for hair and blood samples from terry and Pam shortly after the crime. This must not have occurred as surely it would have been mentioned by you astute sleuths, correct?

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

Two random thoughts: Does TH have the personality (or guts) to give a death bed confession? I don't think he does, but one never knows. Also, (not saying I buy into this, but) I would love to find a medium, who speaks English and knows absolutely nothing about the case other than the names...

Hobbs has a violent past, even shot a man = justification for scrutiny

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

According to Dr. Werner Spitz and Dr. John Nordby (forensic and anatomic pathologist and forensic scientist respectively) they conclude that... the horrific genital wounds on Chris Beyers were the result of... post-mortem animal predation.

I agree. The police were less than satisfactory in this case and the prosecutors and judge were just as bad, IMO.

    Viable suspect: Terry Hobbs #1

Just finished reading the section of the book Law & Disorder:: The Legendary FBI Profiler's Relentless Pursuit of Justice by Douglas and Olshaker. It really points out how good of a suspect TH is and I am convinced this guy needs to have the FBI run up his rear with a microscope. I strongly urge...

Where can I find an unbiased site to read up on the case?

Are there any neutral WM3 documentaries? It appears they are all slanted toward innocence.

'We've reached the end of antibiotics'

Our injudicious use of meds is a real concern. Think of all the meds you take and then realize some of it gets into the sewer system. The wastewater treatment plant does not treat the wastewater for those chemicals, so those chemicals appear next in the surface waters, to be ingested by human...
