Sorry, I get a bit (okay, maybe very lol) defensive about it as I am still good friends with a lot of them and they are genuinely smart, kind people and comments like that are the reason so many of them are still in the closet so to speak even though it is legit work here.

Could you please post a link to where you got this info from? I have worked in the industry before and it's nothing like what you see in the movies. 1 or 2 in ten were drug affected but none homeless, all had families, friends and people that cared and most definitely were financially secure...

Ah, okay. I think I'm with it now, glad I wasn't the only one a bit confused. Thanks for clearing it up for me CV. :) I say it would be interesting if it started as a partnership (like the '94 case) and then 1 decided to go it alone and eliminate the partner for liability reasons, never really...

If you're looking for a partner in crime that's since gone missing wouldn't you look after at missing people after the last known victim was killed? Or are you all just looking at possible victims in general (male & female)?

I'm from Vic so won't be going to the trial (if there is one), wish I could though. This case has had me fascinated since I saw it on Australia's Most Wanted back when I was a kid.

The MO in regards to MF is way different to that of the CSK. She was home, and let the perp in (no forced entry and more than likely knew her attacker). I think the link I posted said they believe her legs were bound either while unconscious or already dead with a belt. The perp tried to make it...

In relation to Melinda Freeman - https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/122933057/ Not the best read (spelling errors but is readable). Mentions this quote " Now, friends and police sources say, there is a suspect in her murder. His name has allegedly been mentioned in pubs and clubs. Shoppers in...

Completely unrelated in my opinion. I know a bit about that particular case (know a family member) and in my opinion, the perpetrator was known to the victim & family (M&CF).

CV, Ballarat is an hour + to Melbourne (depending on traffic from about Melton onwards). I'm from Vic and lived right in the city until about a year ago, GP was always super noisy and I always dreaded it with practice laps starting around 7 am as I lived and worked a few blocks closer to the CBD...

The GP Formula 1 is at Albert Park, Melbourne in March. Massive event for any rev head. Maybe he holidayed in Melbourne?.

Bendigo used to have speedway at the show grounds back in the 90s (have friends that used to go), wonder if that's what Ballarat did too for Speedway/Motor Bike races..

Totally ruined my morning with this No Name lol. The suspense is killing me, and it's so bizarre that MSM is deafeningly quiet about it all since BRE was arrested - very strange for them to be this quiet if you ask me. In regards to SS's location, I highly doubt, even if convicted for JR & CG...

The defence will need time to gather evidence and work out a strategy for BRE, if you were the defendant and pleading not-guilty (I'm assuming here) you'd want as much time as possible to get the best defence so you don't wind up doing 25 - life. Also, the prosecutors will also want to gather...

Haven't they come and said they believe they were killed at the dump sites or that's the angle they're going to run with? If DNA has linked the cases to the cemetery rape I think DNA would be a massive sway for the prosecutor.

Pretty sure I remember reading that Frankie doesn't think its BRE because he's chummy with BRE's brother! Oh and apparently BRE's brother was posting on here at one point too (took Frankie's phone or some nice story). It's in the thread from 6ish months ago, couldn't tell you what number thread...

I would be interested in hearing why/what exactly your thoughts are Spooks. I wish I could add more to this forum but I don't know Perth at all as I am from Vic so can't really contribute as to where SS may rest other than what I wrote earlier today. I do think though, that the splitting up...

Some great info there Spooks, I might have a bit of a look to see if there are any more recent studies. Not sure if it's been discussed before but I am wondering if or how big of a search of the areas of where JR & CG were found were. Maybe the CSK left SS at one of those locations nearby and...
