My comment was not directed at any person imperticular.
The above posted recording are very clear on the evidence that was presented. Those are not MSM those are statements that came straight from the KY AG office and the Officers involved in the raid, one of which is the officer who applied...
If that were the case, why would they not include Officer Mattingly's injuries? And because someone dies it not indicative of them not being injured. When someone is shot 5-6 times and dies it makes no sense on the report to claim there were no injuries, death investigation or not.
Yea and the police report that showed there were no injuries, can you explain that??

When even the Judge who signed the warrant feels that she was lied to about the information to get the warrant that is all I
Need to hear, when an officer tells the GJ there were "issues" with how the warrant was obtained there is a problem.
Its makes no sense to say that of the defense...
So let me see if I have this right. The statements and recommendations that were given to the GJ by the AG office were not taped? (how convenient) and when the GJ asked to see the body cams that LE did have they were told there was not enough time to show them to the GJ.
I hope and pray that...
So prosecutor recommendations and statements to the GJ are not recorded how convenient.
And then there is not "time" to show the GJ the body cam tapes.
The main reason for these being released it to see what was and was not presented to the GJ, well we know they saw no body cam. WHY? And the...

So LE admits that there were "issues" with how the warrant was obtained.
And they also admit that the knew Jamarcus Glover was in police custody before they raided Breonna's apartment.
And KY AG did not see fit to tell the Grand Jurors about the "issues" about how the warrant was obtained...
Since LE admits they didn't execute the search warrant on Breonna Taylors house would it be legally considered breaking an entering?
Officer Told Grand Jury That Police Didn’t End Up Actually Executing Search Warrant on Breonna Taylor’s Apartment

I don't they are in Bardstown. This case was being worked by the FBI Louisville field office and the remains went to Quantico. With all of the things going on in Louisville right now (Breonna Taylor case) and with downtown being closed and the federal bldg's being boarded up I am sure that is...
WDRB interview with KY AG Daniel Cameron
Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron now admits he never recommended the grand jury indict either of the 2 officers for shooting and killing Breonna Taylor.
Instead, Cameron says the case he presented to the grand jury is that the officers were...
I don't really know where the truth lie's with him saying one thing at the presser and another during an interview presents a problem as to which statements are true and which ones are not. Since it is coming from the same person it is obvious at least one statement is untrue.
Once the...
This would be great information from Cameron if it was all true but he said something different when interviews by local channels WDRB
Grand jury not presented with murder charges against 2 officers in Breonna Taylor's death, AG Cameron says
He clearly stated that he did not present murder...
Any laws that may have been broken at the Federal level can have charges brought against any of the officers involved, the Grand Jury was at the State level not the federal level.
Right to help him retire my arse, this is to help his defense in case the Feds indict him it has nothing to do with his retirement or moving IMO retired LE get a very good pension one they retire.
