He’s sticking to his story but there’s a lot of “I don’t recall” He hasn’t seemed upset or flustered in my opinion. His story is ridiculous, but his demeanor has been good.
The prosecutor mentioned the zip ties. DW said he didn’t know what the picture was of. Prosecutor showed DW a photo, but it wasn’t published in the courtroom. The attorneys approached the bench before this exchange.

I finally gave in to my curiousity last night and drove by the house (well, empty lot now) on my way home from work. It struck me how close the house was to the street - both in the front (Woodland Dr side) and the side (32nd st side). Not that this means anything, it just surprised me...
All of the drives below are 30-40 minutes, assuming no major traffic. The drives all occurred mid-day, pre-rush hour, so I would guess there was light traffic at that time on the 14th.

I actually am a DC local, I just wondered about how he got to the house because I've never heard that detail. If he took the metro, there would be video of him somewhere along the line, and he'd have a bit of a walk to get to the house - and I think would be captured on video somewhere walking...
