Only one of the dogs belonged to the ex-wife. It would be nice if she could at least get her dog back after that dirt bag stole him. She deserves something.

True, but sooner or later she will break a wire or a bracket will come loose and it'll need to be dealt with. Both can be very painful.

Thank you GigTu. I would like to make it clear though, that I am NOT privy to all the information at this time. I have no knowledge of what info either parent may have that we don't. At this point I am making educated guesses like all of you.

I don't know. I can't think of any reason that information would be confidential. It seems to me that it would be more important to have this information out if they thought she'd left voluntarily or was abducted. This is my opinion only and not based on any information from the family member.

Father is in LE also. It just strikes me as strange that trained observers wouldn't notice. And surely they know what her coat looks like. I am completely baffled as to why there isn't more information about what she was or could have been wearing. Most teenagers have a certain style of dress...

Many parents are more interested in guiding their children and enjoy watching them become their own person than in controlling them. I pity children of parents who are so afraid of the unknown that they stifle any individuality or personal growth.

It isn't an odd question at all! but I have to tell you, I don't know precisely why the family is being tight lipped. I suspect they have been asked by LE for whatever reason.

The allegations were abuse and negligence made by people close to the family. CPS decided the allegations were credible and had LE assist in removing the children from the home. A judge has reviewed the evidence and ruled that at this time the children should remain in care. That is really all...
