I have learned that the reference to "Police Officer" is simply the person who apprehended him. It does make it confusing when you read it but it has nothing to do with the charges. Hope this helps.

Her last tweet was at 1:12 am, I believe. There was a conversation with one of the people who were with her that nite about when they last saw her but we really can't go by that as it was on Twitter and not considered reliable.

I couldn't agree more. As I stated previously, he was questioned for 10 hours on June 10th. Why was he not held on the other rape charge?

I read the same thing but I don't understand why LE didn't keep him at that time since there was a warrant issued for the attempted rape charge from a previous victim. He was then able to flee to Florida. He appears to be a dangerous individual with the charges he is facing. Purely IMO

There are just no words. I hope and pray he is put away for the maximum. Does anyone have an idea of why he is being charged with second degree? I'm not familiar with charges and how they decide how to charge someone. Thanks

I understand what you are saying because there appears to be more than one person involved (IMO) and this may take time to obtain all the DNA, evidence, etc. But as far as the family and loved ones are concerned, I would imagine that every minute that passes is torture. We have to remember...
