I know this is a late answer, but when the reconstruction is computer generated, you need to give the person an eye color. Brown is the default because it is common. What they mean is "don't think the person has to have brown eyes."
While it might be a popular theory, LE has said many times that they believe she acted alone. The previous poisonings seem to lend credulity to this.
I also personally think that any sexual motivation (which I'm almost sure there was) was her own.
Honestly, I don't think those poisonings were murder attempts. I think (at least with the girl) she just wanted to abuse her and a drugged child will offer a lot less resistance. I wouldn't be surprised if Sandra's death was an overdose of something.
