The witnesses spoken of yesterday, close neighbours, who statements say they did not hear screams, just crying, had windows that were facing away from the sound direction coming from bathroom, whereas the Stipps were opposite this window facing the sound.
Its ok, I was elaborating Oscars words..."I wanted to look into the crack to see of it was Reeva" I added soooo for effect. :-) Who would actually say that? Why wouldn't you just look in the crack or not look in the crack instead of making a point of telling us you didn't?
As I tried badly to explain....the state evidence batman says he 'thought' the bats may have come after, and nel clarified by asking could marks have been made as intimidation. yes my lady. but bats first allows for the small crack that the bat was placed into to pry the door. It is state...
Anything other than what is presented to us and making determinations on that evidence. I listened to state evidence re shots and bat sounds by witness statements and those by Oscar and defence. I made an informed decision that the bats were first and shots second. I may be wrong..doubt...
What the??? They are called opinions like anyone else........the fact that I may infer that Oscars mind or personality is not what he portrays to the public is something many have described.

I didn't 'believe' I was using state evidence presented that...
I didn't 'believe' I was using state evidence presented that showed a consistent mark indicative to mark on door at angle bat presented. And I asked why Oscar made no reference to presented evidence to refute this.
I mentioned before..but when in Oscars testimony did he use the bat to 'pry' the panel out? Because, according to batman the panel 'was' prised out.
Yet Oscar only mentions 'hitting' the door.
And why would he 'I wanted to look into the crack to see if it was Reeva'...where the door panel...
Thank-you Trooper...Oscar's brilliant guise "The Clark Kent of Pretoria" :floorlaugh:
'Faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a race horse, able to leap tall tales with a single rabbity bound' :floorlaugh:
Specially when you can hear the just under the surface seething annoyance from Oscar at "How dare you try to ask me questions you impertinent little man. I am Oscar hear me roar, scream and cry like a girl! because I am he, the enigma!"
He will crack shortly..that temper will come well out...
Yes. They have not detailed Reevas messages in court...yet. So there is possibly something there unless as noted above he had it all the time...hence the big effect of saying 'I retrieved Reevas bag..I did not go though it?"
