The Mosman Park rapist doesn't seem to be on Crimestoppers website under the sex offences section. Does this mean they are no longer seeking information regarding his identity?

All the lights are on in the vid, it's well lit. It's not a night club or hotel, and probably not the night in question. It's obviously a family video of JR, maybe at a wedding or a birthday. Not a clue.
