What if, what if, what if..... you guys are amazing at sleuthing and coming up with so many possibilities. Today I was looking at the picture of the suspect and happened to see a comment that sparked my interest. After some sleuthing and clicking here and there, I was startled when I landed...
I like your description. Hoodies under a jacket is so me and he doesn't sound like he has an accent to me and I suppose that even though I'm from NW Indiana, I have lived in central Indiana for a good part of my life and have "acquired" that central Indiana accent.
Sounds like the way I talked to my kids when they were little when I was irritated/mad at them. You know, how you talk to someone that you love that is little/young and you don't want to scream at them. Your voice kind of gets that slightly higher pitch to it when there might be people around...
Yes Tunakat.....I too am from a small town just south of Delphi. If your not from around here or a similar climate, you wouldn't understand how warm 49 degrees is in the winter...lol. That temperature is cold in the late spring, but in the winter it's like a tropical heat wave and you put on a...
Ummm, you have been reading way too much on facebook. I have read all those rumors too. Everything you shared was posted in a facebook group from screen shots and comments!!!!!
There is a rest stop south of Delphi at mile marker 150. Then there is one in Wolcott at mile marker 196 and then one far North at mile marker 231 up in Roselawn where the famous Naked City is. (Although it may have changed names again)
The hotel is at the Brookston exit. I think exit 178 Days Inn
This abandoned Days Inn is in Battle Ground, Indiana, off of I-65 Exit 178 (Brookston / West Lafayette), near Purdue University.
There is an abandoned hotel North on I 65 that I pass driving up to visit family. I think it's about 10-15 miles passed the Delphi exit. The hotel is right on the interstate and you can tell it is a squatters dream.
I wonder if Libby had done what I have done before. Act like you are taking a selfie with a friend, but you are really taking a video of some creeper up ahead of you.
Did the girls stay at the park? Maybe someone they knew offered them a ride into town for ice cream or a pop and it didn't end well. Maybe this mystery guy was seen by them and he had an accomplice and that accomplice approached the girls pretending to be concerned for them and "helpful"...
kbsweet I live in a very small farming town of about 500 people, so I know exactly what you are talking about. The nature trails in our town are used quite often and men of that age are rare on the trails ( I'm assuming 40 plus) and if they are there, they are with their family/grandchildren...
We have a nature park right down the street from us. I have to agree with you kbsweet, my adult daughter and I have gone there quite a bit and I can say that I have never seen a man walking alone on any of the trails. Mostly mothers with children, family groups and couples. I'm not even sure...
DNA....I'm just hoping that whoever did this left plenty and that this is going to put him/them away. JMO, but I feel this is going to be the key to the arrest.
