I hope LDB mentions during rebuttal that it would make no sense for George to be seen with the duct tape in public if he knew it had been used on Caylee's body.
JB: "This has nothing to do with Caylee's death."
Then why is he even bringing this up? This trial is about Caylee's death and justice for Caylee. Why bring things up that have nothing to do with her death?
Things I hope LDB brings up in her rebuttal closing (based on what JB has said so far in his closing):
-when the friends were in the car and didn't smell anything (since it was before June 16th)
-the fact that Casey herself admitted that the car smelled and tried to cover it by saying George...
Not entirely true. Judge Perry ruled that the defense could mention the accidental drowning but could not mention the sexual abuse. The defense claimed that the pool pictures provided inferences for drowning, and Judge Perry agreed.
