I don't live in that area any longer. I moved away when I retired from my job. We used to have a camp in a similar area, east of Leadore and there was a creek that ran through the camp. We spent weekends there from Easter through Elk season and the creeks did not slow down until late summer -...

I'm not so sure about that. My experience is the creeks don't slow down until later in the summer. It's may be a little less but these pictures were take a month (and few days) prior to the 1 year anniversary of DeOrr's disappearance. In this part of Idaho water tends to run high through July.

I didn't realize the creek was that big near the campsite. After seeing this I'm even more convinced he went in the water.

Interview: Trina Bates Clegg, 11 May 2016

I don't believe Trina's interview was clear on that. I can't watch it here from home as my internet is so slow. One of the benefits of country living.

Interview: Trina Bates Clegg, 11 May 2016

And they would have known this how? My point is so many people want to take these tiny little details without the context they belong in and then use it to "prove" JM & VDK guilty. The fact remains no one knows what happened that day except the four of them on that mountain. Until LE releases...

Interview: Trina Bates Clegg, 11 May 2016

Just because that is what YOU would do doesn't make what they did wrong, just different. We can all have perfect hindsight and it's really easy for a lot of people to armchair their actions after the fact or assign their personal attributes to these folks but the fact remains you don't know...

Interview: Trina Bates Clegg, 11 May 2016

They could have different providers. I used to camp in an area similar to Timber Creek, just a little further east, and most of the time I was the only one to have cell service. I had a different provider than the others. We don't know that EVERY call she made to Trina went through, just...

Interview: Trina Bates Clegg, 11 May 2016

I re-read the summary on page one of this thread. It states JM called her mother before calling 911 but it doesn't say they spoke. In fact it states Trina finally got through after many tries. So maybe the timeline isn't different than previously known

Yes I dislike Klein. I truly feel he has done more harm to this case than good. You must notice that LE does NOT mention Klein in it's press releases, nor do they credit him with developing information. In some of his statements Klein indicates that he is able to broker a deal between the...

Interview: Trina Bates Clegg, 11 May 2016

The calls are confusing. My understanding regarding Trina's calls to Lemhi County is that she wasn't reporting DeOrr missing but trying to get an update while driving to Leadore. I wish the interview would have been more clear on the 911 call timeline but it's not.

You're right, we don't, but so far Klein has been pretty good about staying in the spotlight on this case so it's easy to assume that he would be putting updates on his Facebook page regarding anything pertaining to DeOrr. Seriously, he put out a statement regarding the search LE did.

So just because the info comes from the attorney it can't be true or trusted?

Are you able to summarize the info in the podcast? I have horribly slow internet right now and just can't seem to get it to play. Not word for word but a general idea?

Since there hasn't been any new news regarding this case, from either LE or Klein, I'm guessing this "secondary location" isn't too newsworthy. We all know if there was something going on with a search, Klein would be all over it on his Facebook page.

My point is if there was credible information regarding the "secondary location", Lemhi County would be making plans to search it. They did state they did not find remains so it's difficult to know what evidence they found. As far as the shovel, very common item to have on a camping trip. I...

I could see it if LE were to ask them to help with another search. I don't think cost is really a factor, while I get it is expensive, my take is Lemhi County wants this resolved and surrounding LE agencies are willing to help them do it regardless of the cost.

There has been so much cooperation with all the counties out there, which is actually usual, that the "secondary location" Klein mentioned I'm sure it would have been searched by LE. I'm guessing LE did not find Klein's information regarding that "secondary location" credible.

Found Deceased UT - Daniel Brown, 34, Iron County, 28 March 2016

I'm glad he was found and all the speculation of his actions are put to rest. The man died doing what his wife claimed he was doing. Prayers for his family.

Hopefully somewhere on this section for DeOrr. I checked the news in Eastern Idaho this morning and didn't see anything. Praying for answers soon.
