    Verdict: GUILTY!

    Verdict: GUILTY!

And then there is the reverse, too. Those of us who dropped off long ago when it got ... nuts ... ;) But now we're back, waiting right beside you for justice for Tori.

Especially kids that need stability, warmth, and familiarity right now. It makes no sense to me to further traumatize these girls, who are likely in shock, grieving, and still scared --> to be shipped off away from family? Now? Based on suppositions about which there have been no facts? It's...

    Verdict: GUILTY!

While waiting, why not slip down to the Parking Lot and revisit the WS Virtual Memorial garden for Tori? http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=84789&highlight=stafford

    Verdict: GUILTY!

Know what's amazing? Seeing so many names here that have been fighting for justice since the very first week Tori went missing. And I'll bet many of you still have gardens flourishing with purple blooms that were planted that first year in honour of Tori. Remember that picture someone caught...

    Verdict: GUILTY!

Won't make the difference we want it to. He likes choking other people; not himself.

I'm grateful for all of those who post updates and opinions all the way along, too! Aside from the fear and joy along the way, I've learned many, many things from WS posters that I wouldn't know otherwise. Life experiences combined with real smarts makes for some very educational posts...

Ok, hoping the rest of the news today is all about the girls being taken somewhere very private, very cosy, with lush pillows, soft sheets, loads of warm bath water, and any possible treats that their tummies crave. And may the people surrounding them now keep them held tightly close. Sooner...

http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/nationworld/la-na-nn-adam-mayes-20120511,0,1034800.story Very encouraging: FBI statement also said the girls appeared to be 'unharmed'. That is a comfort. I'm hoping that really means they were physically unharmed on all levels, and that rest, water and...

Good catch. The timing certainly might coincide with initial statements from the girls. "Did you see anyone besides Adam during the time he had you?" I suspect there are a few people 'close' to Adam that need to change their shorts right about now. Wonder if there will be a run on...

I find that curious, but only because I am expecting we'll learn that MM had some mental health issues, too. Going only by the interview that AM's brother gave, it certainly sounds as if she did. Can your gut help me out here? ;) What's it saying is different between MM and TM? TYIA

No way. Another one (at least) gave false statements to police? Seriously? This isn't just a bus rolling over suspects. It's a bus with faulty steering and no darn brakes! :banghead:

You've brought up a good point. The is a big difference between being able to claim an insanity defence as opposed to mental illnesses being considered as mitigating factors during sentencing. I'm sure many of you have heard of the McNaughton (M'Naghten) rule, which was the first legal...

Girls have been released and have headed home to Hardeman County: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/47381215#.T60gz-sqNDu That's a really good sign that they're fairly healthy.

She's very much on my radar, especially in regards to JB. I can't help but wonder what other details the girls will share about both women's level of involvement? Where were they before AM fled? Might be far, far more to this story than we can imagine.
