There is no info, beyond opinion. I posted earlier today (maybe someone else posted earlier than today) that my guess was the IE charges may have stemmed from public sex acts by TM/SM. IE charges could also stem from, as someone else wrote, urinating in public or mooning someone.

I am fairly sure LE had at least one eye on these two since day one. After all, they talked to BOTH of them on 12/20, the day after Heather was officially listed as a missing person. The fact that the OOJ charge wasn't filed until Friday tells me the LE has held back their Ace-in-the-Hole...

LE needs to be very careful with saying stuff like this. If they cannot represent publicly that they know Heather was murdered, the case may crumble. IOW, if you know enough to say someone is dead and press murder charges, it doesn't serve your case well to still tell people to offer tips on...

I tell ya... it was a crime of passion. Not premeditated or planned. MOO - HE went to meet someone (either SM or TM) at PTL. Things went badly there...and while, still alive, was forceably moved from PTL to another location. During that time, she was killed by one or both...and her body disposed...

I think it will come down to a "crime of passion". At first I thought... that night, TM set about to taunt HE via texts and MMS photos of her and SM having sex publicly [thus, the IE charges]. But, I think HE would have mentioned that to BW or even her date. I now think the 2am - 6am time...

And, LE and searchers spent days & days searching around PTL. Is that the crime scene...or the initial altercation site?

I'm guessing the photos were public sex acts... possibly sent to HE by TM (on SM's phone) to hurt HE. Then, later in the evening, TM/SM text HE to say he was leaving TM. Personally, I'd bet that text (if it was sent) came from TM's fingers on SM's phone... as a lure.

Yep. Like I said a long time ago, HCPD and other agencies have probably had a case against them from day one. BUT, they had to get ALL the evidence they could, cross every T, dot every I -- so that they could nail them to the wall in the end. I just hope they do find Heather, so her family...
