How would the kidnapper know about the kidney issues? Most likely only if Steven started showing signs of being ill. Would the kidnapper be too scared to seek medical treatment for him?
Since he was so tense and tired bc of his new position, could he have just gone off his own? If he was apart of something he didn’t believe in he might’ve been desperate to get away. Maybe he felt he had no choice but to leave his wife and daughter behind.
IMO
I’m not seeing any marks on his hands or arms. I think the images from the body cam footage are just distorted. I could be wrong though—its happened before lol
I think he’s already playing games by asking if anyone else was arrested. He knew that info would get out and people are already trying to sleuth accomplices.
He thinks he’s the smartest person in the room IMO
When and where did he get his guns? Or did someone purchase them for him?
Can we start holding people accountable who know a friend, family member, etc is unwell and shows all the signs, yet do nothing? Unfortunately the next shooter is out there planning and friends and family are turning a...
The last classroom I taught in was joined with another classroom with a shared closet in the middle. Each classroom had it's own hallway door. Maybe that is how these classrooms were set up.
Agree with this. I taught in a public school and a private school (I'm a SAHM now) and never saw any doors that locked from the inside.
Was the classroom door locked? I thought I read he shot through the glass of the door.
The door could have been unlocked that day for the awards assembly. The teacher may have just assumed it was locked as usual.
I have taught in schools that have had rocks placed near doors to be used to prop it open. Occasionally admin would remove the rock but some teachers would put it back...
I feel for the teacher who left the door propped open. I can’t imagine what is going through their head right now. Hopefully they are surrounded by loving family.
The details coming out are maddening. These poor, poor people.
Were families invited to the honor roll assembly? Perhaps protocols were a bit relaxed that day since families would have been coming and going. A side door propped open or something. I'm not placing any blame on the school, it is 100% the fault of the shooter, just thinking out loud.
This is just horrifying. I’m a former first grade teacher and the active shooter drills were always so frightening to those little ones.
My heart breaks for all of the children, families, and teachers. All of those kids and teachers looking forward to summer. Just horrible.
