They actually did not "name" the first officer, as in, they never responded to any questions asking them who the first officer was. The only reason we know who it was is because it was in the paperwork on that case that was filed against KS or one of the other two.

Actually, KS was charged for this. The last I looked, the case was on hold for the obvious reason. The two that were charged were charged after test results came back that showed they had been drinking.

I never saw it stated anywhere how she got to the Gas Station.

I think they were done dealing with her because of past experience, way before the alleged texts happened. My understanding is that she has since gone in and met with the DA about this.

One of the things she claims he said is that another guy associated with the track got away with murder seven times. This almost suggests that he's having fun messing with a crazy person. That kind of cast doubt on whether he's giving her valid info, to me.
