Also wasnt my intention to derail your point, i agree with it and can see the validity, was only pointing out that the remote control with garage idea, wasn't exactly plausible. But i don't think that solely takes away from the idea that the accused could have used that house in his business.
Thanks, it looked to me as no one was sitting on it though, which is why i found it weird. Especially from the next photo angle which was unblocked. It could be from a different time period, but i thought it was generally recorded as the vehicles move down the street.

Pardon my ignorance, but what would could be the reasoning for blocking out the image of a park bench? Not saying its in anyway related, just cant fathom what to what purpose it could be.
