Okay so then we can be as certain as is possible that the body was deposited very late xmas eve or early hours xmas day. So if she was killed on 17th the body had to be stored somewhere prior to being found??

Have to say though have never believed the Peeping Tom/Voyuer theory just like everyone else I am struggling as to how anybody could do this and for what motive? So considering all scenarios.

Also, if it turns out it was VT, he had reason to think J's flat would be empty for sometime that evening. He had heard from CJ that GR had gone to Sheffield (allegedly we are told he knew that from CJ) and his gf TM was at her firms xmas party. His Company had worked on projects with Jo's Co...

Okay, but I'm sure I recall the ppl that found the body saying they do that walk daily and would have discovered it before had it been there .... maybe this is another case of chinese whispers by media and forums though!

Agree with that except for one thing, I personally dont see how the body could have been deposited there before 24/25 Dec, it would have been noticed before Xmas day morn otherwise surely?

Good point the perp may indeed have opened some of the txts to see if it was a message that someone was coming round to see JY. Wonder if sock was used as a glove to open txts on phone ??

Well obviously he's not, all I am saying is that this could be a possibility. We dont know how many cars were authorised to park there at any one time.

I didnt read it on a forum Cherwell, I read it in a newspaper accompanied by a pic of VT de-icing the car, and it did state it was 2am in morn, but I know we cant rely on newspaper reports to be accurate. I am actually going to see if I can find the report again.

Much more likely that he would entrust it to PS, a "mechanically minded" neighbour and friend of many years standing. I agree except in the case of moving the car to accommodate other cars of visitors to flats, furniture delivery vans etc. when it would make sense to maybe give one of the...

No haven't seen anything but I always presumed it would be as he was in the next flat that he would be under rigorous scrutiny as a matter of course as would all ppl living in the flats, questioned as to whether they were at home on the fri eve, what did they hear or see etc. I did read one...

Indeed wonder what became of these items, they could have been found at Ab Road and this could be part of the evidence that led to arrest and charging of VT ??

I personally do think the perp wanted her found, so do we have a perp with a 'pang of conscience' thinking he/she were moved by parents plea of wanting her found so they delivered and felt it would rid some of the 'heavy load' off their mind if she were discovered?? Or maybe they were...

Whoever did this did want the body to be discovered and on Xmas day surely the perpetrator would normally try to make sure the body was not discovered. A very mysterious case indeed.

Some interesting points there. As for motive, we dont know, if VT he could have had motive, it could have been sexual motive, he certainly could have had the opportunity living in such close proximity and if he knew GR was away. I read on another site yesterday (there was no link to back...

Yes links between poss forensic findings at Ab Road and the fact that they had VT under observation prior to his arrest.

These items have all been spoken about by the parents (well not the poop tray I admit) but I am interested in the 'other reasons and factors' that they were asked not to go into that must hold so many clues in this.

Too risky I think this scenario as GR could have turned back at anytime due to bad weather or car probs.

There is obviously a lot of information gathered that we arent aware of, a lot of emphasis has been on the flat, was it tidy or untidy?? I think the main thing in this is when father of JY commented that 'there were other factors, other reasons that they were asked not to go into by the police'...
