Maybe the plan was to temporarily store the body in what was thought to be a safe place until searches narrowed down then dispose permanently in a place already searched with an assumption it would never be found.
One thing that stands out to me from facebook pages is that various family members have posted messages of thanks, support etc in last 24 hours and linked other family member names to the messages, but I can't see any that have linked rw's brother in any of them!
Maybe my mistake , sure it said arrested 2 people from St George area, but now it is worded differently. Blame it on my senility or it has been changed.

I think these arrests are to gather/ obtain as much info as possible before the next arrest! Think police have known all along but they need the evidence, remember the clock starts ticking when arrests are made
I agree with above too, having a suspect/s is one thing but getting the evidence that a crime has been committed is the difficult part. We all know that contradictory statements and timelines hamper investigations but arrests can't be made on those alone. There will be so much info that we don't...

I think that the reason this is not in msm is because the police already have an idea of what happened and therefore don't need to make such large public appeals. Additionally I don't think the police can yet verify the timeline of events and that's the reason...
