its a wonder to see a judge dealing with these things in open court and not holding super secret chamber meetings that are sealed. i really like him,he always seems to give a very clear and thorough explanation of his decisions.

it just baffles me that 2 people who committed a murder are sentenced to 10 and 18years and then she gets drunk to celebrate,yet these people are being sentenced to die. of course what they did is wrong but i don't see this a way to solve drug problems in the country.

i hope the judge doesn't keep this out. its a first hand account from someone who was there,whether it was this person perception of things or not.
