sad - I suppose there is a small possibility of a "walk away to start a new life" but seems unlikely that they would need to go to those extremes to do it. I live in Snohomish County and am surprised that this is the first I have heard of this. Hoping for the best for Andrew and Alexander.

I think the biggest issue with this is that the technology wasn't there in 2009 when Steven went missing. Additionally, I recall him not having a smart phone, so not sure how good the data is on the old style of phones.

I find it very odd that Seattle Police are investigating the missing person but no mention of Redmond police involved? I suppose that goes to support that they do not believe there is foul play related to the car in Redmond. Heartbroken and stunned that this is the first we've heard of it in...

I wonder how common it is that Uber/Lyft drivers accept rides outside the app. I know in Vegas, we took an Uber back to our hotel and mentioned we were headed to the airport in the morning. He offered to take us for a flat rate - not via the app. I wonder if this is common practice?

I think the prosecuting attorney is going for exactly what they could win today. Aggravated Murder in Washington State is the charge that carries the death penalty. There are extenuating circumstances for this, and in this case he would be eligible for Agg. 1st Degree if there was another...
