With respect - that is a wrong view. The right question should be "was anything deleted"? Destruction of evidence is legally "tampering with evidence" and the purpose is irrelevant.

I know what you mean. But her opinion is that Masipa’s verdict is based on error in law. I thought her point was: Masipa got the verdict wrong now she can make up for it by harsh sentence. But I get your point.
