As someone who used to swing a shovel for a living (and had a similar build to ICA 20+ years ago) I can't see her using one to move a deceased 2 year old out of a swimming pool, the trunk of a car, a sandbox, or anywhere else.

I agree. My ex-husband is diagnosed as APD and he does not have a history of violence, and I never saw it during nor after our marriage. Not even when addled by drugs or alcohol. His mother was diagnosed as a sociopath, back in the 60s. Now that is an interesting woman. Don't get me started on...

Regarding the sliding glass doors: Remember that the Anthony's have lived in that house since the 80s. Glass doors were quite a bit thicker and heavier then than they are now. Don't think about Caylee trying to open a new glass door. Think of her trying to open a door that was built 30 years...

BBM IMO, ICA's statement about not saying anything wasn't about protecting her family but rather about not saying anything that would implicate herself. Remember, she is only thinking about herself. IOW "Don't worry, I didn't say anything that would make me look bad."

I believe this is true for most people. However, in my uneducated, nonprofessional, opinion, CA has Borderline Personality Disorder and someone with BPD can and does exchange people easily. Just my very marginally informed opinion.

Indeed. And the way he is acting in court, making ICA beg for his attention, it's as if he thinks he is the one in charge of their relationship. He should realize that it's ICA that has the 'cards' by the short ones. :crazy:

Ok I'm still waaay at the beginning of this thread but wanted to comment on this post. IMO, Jose better be very, very careful, especially after all those long days that he and ICA spent alone at his office when she was out on bail. She's already shown that she can throw the sex abuse card.
