Saw this on Oxygen's Fatal Family Feuds. I remembered the case from Websleuths and Wendy's sister posting updates. Didn't realize that Beverly only did about 3 years of her sentence in prison before she was released due to her poor health. Absolutely ridiculous.
Watched the Crime Scene Confidential on this case. Not sure the State has proof to convict her, but wow, is she guilty. Why would she ask the boys to sneak out of the house without saying goodbye to their dad? And when Alina mentioned "justice for Todd" and Linda whipped up some fake tears...
This sure looks like a stranger abduction. Seems like the male's ring found with the pile of clothes is a big clue. The police should have had pictures of that everywhere back then, but somebody might recognize it as something a male they knew wore. Look at any attacks in the area during...
It's a real shame that the U.S. had to make the no death penalty deal to get these animals turned over. Well, at least they'll have a world class living facility to look forward to.

Saw the Murdertown episode today. Shellbellz, you did a great job both in the episode and in fighting to get justice for Sherry. Hopefully Ken wasn't released (couldn't find anything on Google) and the parole board makes him do the whole 14.
New Details in Tusing Murder Case
JONESBORO, Ark. -- Parents of a murder victim are hopeful a new source of information will help investigators find her killer.
"We've been waiting three years to get any piece of information," said Susan Tusing, Amanda Tusing's mother.
According to Sheriff...
Sounded like there was quite a struggle and the ring came off during it. This was a good episode of Injustice. It sure seemed like Kirby should have been investigated based on the car crash, but police was so focused on the husband that they didn't put 2 and 2 together.
5 years???? They obviously don't feel they have a strong case, but I'd rather see them take a chance to get a conviction. 5 years for murder is ridiculous.
I can't buy the blood story at all. Avery said “I saw that most of the blood on my sink, which I had not cleaned up the previous night, was gone. It seemed to me that the blood had been cleaned up,” Even if Bobby took some of the blood, why would he clean up the rest of it? He's not going to...
This case is a road map for defendants trying to avoid the death penalty. Have your attorneys file frivolous motion after frivolous motion until the prosecution figures it isn't worth it. Definitely not justice in this case.
This is the key part that some people are missing. You don't get out of your car if you're scared of somebody you're arguing with. MM didn't react with an uncivilized shove because he was afraid for her. He thought he could just bully the little guy arguing with her.
I am very skeptical of these post conviction innocence claims, but this case is pretty shocking. There is nothing in this case that points toward Joe being the killer.
This is absolutely outrageous. About 3 years out of a 10 year sentence? The prosecutors should have made it a condition of his plea that he divulge the location of Andrea's remains.
While I agree with you that the intruder has the option not to enter someone else's property, Bryon David Smith went beyond defending his property. He set up an ambush for them. He moved his truck so it looked like he wasn't home and then waited to execute them. This quote isn't describing...

"The Isabella County Dive Team assisted the FBI Wednesday morning following leads that the car, body or both of a man missing for eight years may have been submerged in the water.
Residents said the dive...
